Family Getaway

The place was the perfect size for our family of 4. Loved the quick walk to the attached waterpark, starbucks and the brewery! Gym access was also available but we didn’t take advantage of it this trip. Would come back for sure! :)

Great location

The condo was super convenient to walk to the beach, pools and nearby restaurants. It was exactly like the pictures; clean, updated and great views from the balcony. We liked having access to all the amenities such as the fitness center and members pool. Check in was so easy; the management team and owner were both great at communicating and the condo was ready early. All we had to do when we arrived was go to our condo and use the unique key code. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property and location!

The property and location were beautiful! The first floor balcony was perfect and had a wonderful view. Being on the first floor did not hinder the view. We did have a few concerns on the cleanliness upon arrival which we remedied ourselves. The manager responded and did offer to send out staff to remedy. Overall this was a great stay and we would definitely stay at this property in the future.

Good Condo, Busy Resort

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I expected 4th of July weekend to be a busy one, but the facilities are not ample enough for the amount of people that were at Kingston during our stay. The pool complex was nice, but we had no poolside service yet were not allowed to bring our own coolers in. THe condo itself was great for what it was - very clean, enough space for us (4 adults, 3 toddlers). The kitchen could use some updated cooking utensils (I think Jesus used the can opener when he was a boy) but overall we were pleased. An ice maker in the building for beach coolers would be an appreciated amenity. I don't think we will return to Kingston Plantation, but it wasn't due to the condo.

Excellent Location and Communication

This condo is located in an excellent location with a secure entrance for Kingston Plantation (Brighton Tower is one of the condo buildings within KP). It is just steps from the beach, and activities in Myrtle Beach are only a short drive away. The condo kitchen is small, but met most of our needs. We improvised where necessary. The beds were generally comfortable. As for cleanliness, we had to sweep up a fair bit of dust and food crumbs from the floor upon arrival (an oversight of the cleaning crew I guess). Communication with management and the check-in process was excellent. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

Family Trip for Dance Competition

Overall my family had a great week while staying at 106 Brighton. The unit was clean and you could tell it had been remodeled in the last couple years. All of the appliances worked great, and the location on the first floor was very convenient. While the unit says it sleeps 8, the common area is not really conducive for more than 4-6 in my opinion. The couch really only sits two, and there are a couple matching chairs. The remaining seating would be at the table or bar area. Not exactly comfortable, relaxing seats. The pools and services from Kingston were good and you can’t beat the location of the resort. Other than the seating, I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really can't say enough about 106 Brighton and Kingston Plantation. We traveled with our family, twin 11 year old boys, my handicapped Mother and my wife. The unit itself was stunning and immaculate. It was easy for my Mom to move in and out of the unit with her mobility scooter and to use her cane to move about. The balcony was the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee. The Kingston waterpark was closed for repairs, but we were given tickets for the 5 of us to go to Myrtle Waves. The proximity to Apache Pier was excellent as I am an avid fisherman! The communication between the property management and us was spectacular. All in all, we highly recommend both the 106 Brighton Unit as well as Kingston Plantation. Thank you for a great trip to celebrate my 50th birthday!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The resort and pools were beautiful. My younger daughter enjoyed the splash park. Our room was layed out nicely and updated. My only complaint is regarding a replacement of the toilet in our room. There was apparently a leak and the maintenance staff had entered our room without us being notified. The following day we returned to the room after a long day at the beach hoping to relax. We entered the room to find a maintenance man in our room replacing the toilet. We were not notified by anyone about the maintenance being done on the room. And we were unable to relax due to the noise associated with the toilet replacement. I reached out to the management company contact to ask about the maintenance and she knew nothing about it. She said she would check on it and get back to me but I never heard from her again. I understand the need for maintenance but the resort should have properly communicated the information to us. We should have been notified of the maintenance and that there would be someone entering our room. If we were made aware ahead of time we would have planned around the maintenance so we were not in our room while it was going on. It was a little unsettling for someone to be in our room and the resort to not know a anything about it.

Lots of things for the kids to do including indoor and outdoor pools, water park/slides, beach, putting green, tennis, pickle ball. I enjoyed peaceful mornings on the balcony before the kids woke up and working out at the fitness center. The property is beautiful so I enjoyed walking too. Things are a little spread out and my mom has some trouble walking so it was a little harder on her. Golf cart rentals are available. Kitchen was well stocked! Place was clean and up to date. We did run out of hot water the first night and learned to stagger our showers. It was a nice touch having books available for reading and a closet with beach supplies available. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful condo

Loved your condo and it's location. I was worried about seeing the beach with it being on 1st floor but it was perfect. Place was clean a d fully equipped. Will rent again.

Beautiful condo and view

Overall the condo was nothing short of Amazing ! Very clean we loved the view and the shower in the master bathroom was AMAZING!! What I didn’t like was the property was not clean at all the garbage cans were overflowing in the parking garage and where the elevators for the parking garage were ! They smelt HORRIBLE like dead fish!And the number of times I had to ride in a elevator with a random dog!!! On the door and the rental agreement it said no pets only service animals . So getting stared down by random dogs in a small enclosed space was not really something I would want To experience again. Other than that we had a great experience! Just a few things we didn’t like !

Beautiful and clean condo

This condo was beautiful, clean and stocked with everything needed. It was not ready for check in right at 4pm and there was communication issues getting checked in but the property itself met our needs perfectly.
