Four couples stayed here while visiting Bryce Canyon. The house was perfect- spacious, clean and in great condition. The kitchen was great for the multiple meals we prepared at the home. The deck had great views. It was a scenic 40 minute drive to Bryce - that had fantastic hikes (peekaboo, fairyland, and others) and were able to relax together in the evenings at this great property. Thanks!
Best cabin ever!! Don't miss it and rent it, you will enjoy it a lot
We had the best holiday ever at this cabin, beautiful, amazing view, super well located and so cozy!! You won't regret it, and I can guarantee you will rent it very often.

We are so glad we chose this property to gather our family for a reunion and birthday celebration. It had great options to keep the kids entertained, it was well equipped, and the owner reached out answering our questions and providing helps. It was a great weekend getaway!

Thank you for staying with us.
The property was amazing and the views are fantastic. Loved all the games for the kids and even some adults. Very spacious living and dining room area. Would definitely recommend this cabin to friends and family.
We had a great stay at the Royal Mountain Getaway. It was perfect for our family of 10. The kids loved playing in the game room. It was an easy drive for us to Zion and Bryce. Our host Paul was amazing and quickly responded to all our questions. We had deer on property that greeted us the moment we arrived. We would 100% stay here again in the future.

We are so glad you had a great time and look forward to hosting you again in the future!
The cabin is beautiful and located with gorgeous mountain views, as described. LOTS of deer on property and AMAZING stargazing at night. The home was well equipped and quite comfortable for our group of 13. We took our employees up for the weekend. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans for cooking. Wifi worked well. Bathrooms were well stocked with towels and toilet paper. Host was very easy to contact and replied quickly. Very quiet neighborhood. Really enjoyed our stay. Hope to visit again!

This cabin is by far my favorite that we have ever stayed at in duck creek area! We have stayed at two other properties that were nice but this cabin is our favorite !!!!! The property is secluded , no traffic , good views, and everything you need inside and more !! There is even a playset outside the little ones loved it and the older ones loved the movie theater room at night ! Beds and pillows were amazing as well !!

Thank you for your kind words. We are so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay and look forward to hosting you again in the future.
This home proved to be excellent for our large family reunion. The grandkids enjoyed the game room. The young grandchildren enjoyed the play yard. We all enjoyed the fire pit area. There was plenty of seating for the family dinners with the large dining area on the patio looking at the beautiful views. The kitchen was well stocked. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home.
This house exceeded our expectations in every way! We had 20+ group of family members ranging from 11 to 40+ and 1) it never felt crowded 2) there was always something to do and 3) it felt so cozy and we never wanted to leave. Angel was amazing to work with and was also very kind and friendly. Thank you so much for opening your home to us, we had a blast!
This property is awesome! Very clean, quiet and well taken care of. Fully stocked kitchen made cooking easy especially for a large group. We wanted for nothing. What we liked most about this place was the little things. The bathrooms were stocked, laundry soap was there and the owner was super nice and responsive to any needs we had. We would love to stay again.

We are so happy your group enjoyed the trip and we welcome you back for future getaway . We appreciate the opportunity to host your group.
The views from the property were breathtaking. Our four night stay there was perfect for our large family. Grandkids loved the game room and spent hours there. Bedrooms and bathrooms were plenty and exceeded our expectations. We spent a lot of time together at the huge covered deck with large table and enough chairs to go around. The main living room is spacious and set up perfect for late night conversations. The adjoining upgraded kitchen and dinning room table enabled us to all eat together. Paul, the property manager was great to work with. We will book this property again in the future.

Thank you to your family for your patience and understanding. We were more than happy to host your family and would like to make your next stay even better than this one. Please feel free to reach out again for a future special accommodation.
Great location; accurate descriptions; clean and well stocked; quiet neighborhood which was easily walk able; nice porch to sit and admire scenery. Just two issues: internet connection was quite slow at times, and there was junk (i.e.broken landscape lights, broken chairs, broken mailbox; toys and misc stuff) littering the yard. Gave a bad first impression. Otherwise, a fine property.

Thank you so much for staying with us. We truly appreciate all our guests. I'm sorry to hear that some items on the exterior were broken and left laying around. Unfortunately the clean up crew failed to do the outside after the last guests stayed and damaged some of the properties items. This was all taken care of and is no longer the case.
The internet has now all been restored and works much faster than previous.
We would be happy to offer you a discount if ever you wanted to return and stay with us in the future
Rough check-in (snow wasn't plowed and we weren't granted check-in access) but once we got a hold of the owner everything else was fine. We really struggled with the entertainment systems. After trying several combinations we were finally able to watch Netflix. Plenty of comfortable beds and the fire kept us cozy warm. The listing mentions being close to Brianhead but it's not. It's one hour away of snow packed canyon roads. Next time we'll book in Brianhead.

I’m sorry the snow was so bad upon arrival and the check in email wasn’t received in time. Our bad. For any inconvenience caused please allow us to offer you a free nights stay upon booking a two day trip in the future. We hope you were able to enjoy the other parts the cabin had to offer. Happy Holidays to you and your family
Family vacation to explore Zion, Bryce and Grand Canyon (North Rim) There were 9 of us, plenty of room! House is in a great location, beautiful views, quiet, relaxing...very clean with everything you need, complete with a lovely "welcome" basket! WalMart is about 45 mins. away, so we stocked up for the week. Duck Creek (30 mins) had 2 small stores if we needed bread, milk, etc. We spent several nights around the fire pit, which was great! Paul (Property Manager) was extremely helpful with directions/suggestions. He checked on us several times to see if we needed anything but wasn't intrusive! The owners have made it feel like it's "your home away from home". If you want to do day trips and come back to a quiet, relaxing place, I highly recommend this cabin!!

Upon arrival, we were greeted by several deer feeding around the property. The cabin was clean and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked and everything worked properly. The game room was a big hit, as was the wonderful master bedroom. We had a great time around the outside fire pit. The views were great, and everything was as promised.
