In Largentière, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 90 m² house which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It features a lounge area, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a 52 m² garden. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 20 m² living/dining room with dining area
- A kitchen opening onto the living room, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Lounge area with two sofas and TV
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 (communicating): two single beds and a bunk bed (sleeps two)
Please note that you have to go through bedroom 2 to get to bedroom 3, as these are two adjoining bedrooms.
- Bathroom with shower and WC
Additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A shared, unheated 9x4.5-meter swimming pool, open from June to September and secured with alarm and fence. Opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
- 52 m² private, unenclosed garden with garden furniture available
- A south-east-facing terrace of approx. 15 m².
The house is ideally located in Largentière, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Beautiful rivers near the site (Labeaume, Le chasezac, L'Ardèche, La drobie)
- Site on the Roubreau
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's outdoor parking lot, which can accommodate one vehicle. A car is essential to get to the apartment.
Nearest train station: Valence train station or Montélimar train station.
Other remarks :
- Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Stairs to access the house.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
