UPDATED entire condo from furniture to linens. Custom resort-style condo. Hybrid Leesa king bed/main, hybrid Sealy plush bed in the guest rm, luxury linens both rooms, new Pottery Barn couch. Patio with a cat/dog door, bohemian & super clean. We take extra care in the cleanliness of this home. Blackout blinds in master & curtains throughout. One covered parking & a ton of extra parking. Woodburning fireplace. Heated year round saltwater pool & hot tub. 2nd floor unit. Woodburning fireplace, travertine floors, new vinyl flooring in bedrooms, granite countertops, jetted bathtub, 9ft ceilings, crown molding, built-ins & closets, "entertainment library" with a variety of DVDs, books & games. Saltwater heated pool year round, saltwater hot tub, gym & clubhouse.✨

We staycation here often so I know what is needed to make your stay the most magical, perfect, comfortable & luxurious getaway. I keep this place super clean like my own home, I look over the cleaning & wash all of the linens from couch cover to pillow covers to floor mats.

*If interested in certain days please message! Due to the minimum requirement for booking nights I will close out my calendar for the month if booked less days.
*Absolutely no smoking in the house or premises, no smokers

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please set AC to 78° & heat at 68° when checking out & turn off all lamps. All used towels can go into the bathtub. We will strip beds, couches, pillows, etc. Thank you!

This condo is wonderful. It’s beautifully decorated and full of amenities. July and Eric are terrific—super thoughtful and responsive. The location is in the heart of everything with access to many restaurants, shopping, hiking, and biking.I highly recommend this property and plan to tell family and friends when they plan to visit.

Villa de Lamour

This was our second stay in Villa de Lamour. Beautifully decorated with a great view of the pool. Pool and hot tub are heated. Comfy beds and furniture.Well outfitted kitchen with stainless steel GE Profile appliances.We love this place and are looking forward to returning!

Spa-like getaway

I thoroughly enjoyed this charming condo and especially the lovely view I had of the pool and large fountain in the courtyard. The host was so accommodating and prompt to make my stay even more pleasant. I plan to return for sure!

Beautiful Condo

We had a wonderful stay in this 2 bedroom condo. My wife and I booked the unit for the month of January. The complex that this unit is in (Boulder Canyon) is a beautiful resort-style environment. It is immaculate! We were immediately impressed with the view of the pool courtyard from our balcony. The kitchen was well furnished and featured granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and just the right amount of space. The dining area provided ample space for 4 people. The bathroom was gorgeous! Lots of stone and tile, 2 separate sinks, deep whirlpool tub, and plenty of room. The washer and dryer were conveniently located in the hall. The two bedrooms were a good size, and the primary bedroom had an amazing walk-in closet. Super comfy beds. Large windows in both bedrooms provided lots of natural light. Not only is this unit pet-friendly, but the complex is also as well. There were real green grass areas with poop bags and garbage cans. Had lots of nice conversations with other pet owners. The pool is heated and there is a large hot tub as well. The pool area also has three gas grills and some tables for use. We would not hesitate to return and would thoroughly recommend it!

Wonderful guests & I can't even believe how clean they left it! Of course we do a thorough & disinfect clean but they cared very much for the place! They gave me some recommendations & even wrote the channel stations down so I recopied them for future guests! Dream guests! Thank you & would love to have again!!

Perfect fit

Beautiful property. Quiet building and safe area. Comfortable surroundings and especially the beds. Enjoyed the view of the pool and all the little resident dogs (no barking!!). I plan to return regularly. Stress free and wonderful.

Why they chose this property

I have owned this property when these units were being sold. At the time of purchase we cleared the entire unit & replaced everything! Has crown molding along with every upgrade you can think of! I designed & helped with construction so this is a special sanctuary. It has the most serene & magical vibes. The mountain when you drive in is so magestic. Overlooking the quiet pool year round you can hear the lion fountains below. Sitting on the patio with tea (supplied) is an all time favorite! You can walk across the street for food & groceries! There's shopping, a Trader Joe's, movie theater, restaurants & hiking all within a 5 minute drive!!

What makes this property unique

The benefits are beyond here, feeling of resort life. Enjoy the heated pool year round or hot tub any time! All saltwater! Cozy up by the fireplace, enjoy a b bubble bath in the jetted tub, also in with black out blinds, have some tea in the patio, feel relaxed & melt away!
