This is the perfect place for 3 couples or a family. The setting is spectacular and the house is perfect. Well equipped with everything you need, very modern on the inside - nicely done. If you like to fish, this is the place! Even if you don’t fish, this is the place!

Thoroughly enjoyed our time here! Beautiful view of the Arkansas River and rafters/kayakers. Spent most of our time in the Adirondack chairs by the river relaxing and enjoying a fire in the evening.
