Private house newly renovated kitchen & bath in Key Largo Kampground. The house is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals at home or enjoy the awesome local restaurants. Property has heated pool, boat ramp (additional small fee) laundry facilities, playground, and access to all amenities plus 2 small beach areas.
Convenient location to shopping, great restaurants, houses of worship, scuba diving, boating, fishing, John Pennekamp State park, and Dolphin experience.
You can bring a 25’ max boat to the marina.
There is a one time ramp access fee payable to the marina and slip rental avaialble by calling the marina and booking directly, first come first serve basis.
We have parking on property to accommodate the 25’ boat and parking for 1 car. All boat inquiries and payments are paid directly to the Key Largo Kampground marina.
They do not allow jet skis for rental guests.
This is a non-smoking home and no pets, you are allowed to smoke outside of the home. We have cameras in the back yard, in the walkway to the shed and at the driveway.
