The hillside terraced property (not fenced) is equipped for outdoor dining. The surrounding area offers numerous hiking trails. In about 1 hour walk through the woods you can reach the prehistoric cave Grotta all'Onda of Casoli. Not far away the beaches of Lido di Camaiore (16 km), of Viareggio (23 km) and the fashionable seaside resort Forte dei Marmi (23 km), Carrara with its rich marble deposits (53 km), Pietrasanta - the so-called "little Athens" (18 km). 42 km Pisa with its famous Leaning Tower, 39 km the beautiful city of Lucca surrounded by its medieval walls, 115 km Florence, the city of art par excellence, the cradle of the Renaissance. For children: about 60 km the park of Pinocchio in Collodi. In summer ferries leave from Viareggio to the Cinque Terre area. Access to the house only on foot downhill along a path of 300 m.
