Geruhsame Tage in stilvoller Umgebung

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Der Gastgeber ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man kann sehr schön im Freien unter Olivenbäumen oder unter dem Vordach sitzen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Buchignano. Das einzige womit wir zu kämpfen hatten war, dass ab den frühen Morgenstunden sämtliche Hähne der Umgebung ein großes Kikeriki veranstaltet haben .....

Superschön mit traumhaftem Garten

Das Rustico ist wirklich wunderschön, mit Liebe hergerichtet. Der Garten mit den Zitrus- und Olivenbäumen traumhaft und im Sommer sind die Temperaturen hier oben in Pieve sicher erträglicher. Mit dem check in lief alles bestens. Komisch fand ich, dass Stefano 150 Euro Kaution einbehalten hat und im Vertrag auf einmal stand, dass pro Person und Woche 15 Euro für Heizkosten anfallen. Das war so auf dem Portal nicht ersichtlich. Die Gasheizung funktionierte nicht und so nahmen wir den Elektroheizkörper in Betrieb, weil es auch richtig dolle kalt war am Abend. Wasserkocher gabs immer noch nicht und Toaster war kaputt. Dafür war der Gasherd super.

Schön aber steil

Haus und Lage sind wunderschön, aber die Zufahrt über eine steile, enge Serpentinenstraße ist nichts für größere Autos (wir waren mit VW-Bus da, das war grenzwertig). Haus hat zudem enge Toreinfahrt und steile Zufahrt, in der man dann oben wenden muss, für uns war das ein echtes Hemmnis, einfach mal loszuziehen. Zu unserem Reisezeitpunkt Anfang Oktober 2022 kamen ganztägig viele Stechmücken vor, was die Nutzung der schönen Außenanlagen deutlich eingeschränkt hat. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und Umgebung (v.a. die Strände) wunderschön.
