This area is not connected to the rest of the house from the inside. On the 1st floor, accessible only by an external staircase, there is a kitchen, a living/dining room with fireplace, a bedroom and a bathroom. From here an interior staircase leads to the 2nd floor, where there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Ideal starting point to visit the charming cities of Lucca (15km), Pisa (25km), Florence (75km) and nearby Versilia with its sea and marble quarries!
