A new condo building in the heart of downtown! Very spacious and modern. Large balcony with amazing views of the James River and the Blue ridge! You can also view the park down below and the blackwater creek trails. These are great paces to bike and walk. The building is located in between all the great restaurants and bars. You need not venture far as the building has two amazing ones on the property. Some pics are in the folder of these. You will not find a more amazing place!

Exceptional all the way around! Will stay again. Enjoyed walking to restaurants and the market. Sitting on the balcony watching the trains while enjoying breakfast was a treat. Weekend trip to LU and this was short drive for less traffic and a better view. We had our own parking spot which was nice.

Loved our stay! The unit is clean, comfortable and convenient to everything DT. The finishes to the Condo are great. I loved the fireplace, nice TVs and comfortable beds. Rooms are extremely spacious for a condo. Will definitely stay again!

Everything about this property is wonderful. It was very clean and comfortable. The condo is within walking distance of several good restaurants and Riverfront Park activities. The homeowner was quick to respond to my questions prior to our stay. 5 star experience!

Perfect in all ways!

We have stayed at this condo twice and intend to stay again. It is spacious, well decorated, very clean and fully stocked with whatever you might need. We particularly like the location right on the river. It has a walking/running trail right outside the building as well as a wonderful restaurant on the main level and a city view bar/restaurant on the top floor. Can't go wrong with this place!

Loved the balcony. While the property was beautifully decorated and clean, the agreed price changed with an added fee after acceptance. In my opinion, owner should have paid that fee! When you advertise property in 2 places, you should pay both fees. Also, no 5 stars as we had to take out the trash and linens off the beds. I'm old and have stayed at many 4 stars without that.

PERFECT HOME AWAY FROM HOME
