The villa has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 1 including a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet, 1 including a double bed and 1 including 2 single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a toilet.
The villa features air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer, a fan, ironing equipment, mosquito nets and cleaning products.
Note that the cleaning, towels, bed linen and tourist tax are included in the rental fee.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed. The owner lives near the property. You can come with 1 additionnal guest(s) on demand. An extra charge of 35€ per person and per night will have to be paid on site.
Salty pool, not heated. Radiators available in all three rooms. Owner provides cooking service, upon request and at extra charge. The property is located on a ecological terrain: olives, organic marmalades, organic oil, organic eggs (with extra charge). 30 euros will be asked if the check-in is after 20h or 40 euros if the check-in is after 22h.
