Adorable Two-Bedroom Carriage House with Patio

Our carriage house is a welcoming, two-bedroom guest home located in central Denver. We are less than 1 1/2 miles from LoHi, beloved Tennyson Street, and the neighborhood gem of Highlands Square. It's a 10-minute cab ride to Lower Downtown.

The space provides exactly what you need to sleep comfortably; work/study effectively; and/or just kick-back, relax, and enjoy what Denver and Colorado have to offer. You'll have the entire space to youself including a private, flagstone patio.

The Sunnyside neighborhood is close to downtown and offers easy access to both I-70 and I-25. You’ll be conveniently located to what Denver has to offer. Amble to one of the many neighborhood coffee houses, restaurants, bars, or shops or take a quick cab ride downtown. Hop on the interstate and be in the foothills in 20 minutes.

And then come back and enjoy your home-away-from-home. Pick a vinyl record from our collection. Bask in one of Denver’s 300 days of sunshine with your morning coffee or happy hour cocktail-of-choice on your flagstone patio.

Work effectively with 1 gig fiber.

Unwind watching one of your favorite TV shows or movie on the wall-mounted 50-inch Smart TV. You’re welcome to use our Netflix, Hulu, or Disney+ accounts or sign into one of your own.

The fully-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, coffee, tea, and all the cooking essentials you'll need if you want to cook a meal. We also have a full-size washer/dryer that you’re welcome to use.

You’ll get a good night’s sleep in one of the three cozy beds and be ready for the next day of fun and adventure.

Additional small-person guests are permitted beyond the four-person limit (e.g., a family of five) - just message me for details. We offer a high-chair, pack-n-play, and a kids’ size air mattress upon request.

Very nice two-bedroom place. It was clean, quiet and well equipped. The decor was very nice. There were several good restaurants close by. I would definitely recommend this Loft.

This was such a great place to stay. Beautiful carriage house loft. Close to downtown Denver. Quiet. Comfortable. A very, very well stock kitchen. We spent a lot of time just relaxing at this great VRBO. We loved our stay. And Denver is a wonderful city. We hope to visit again.

Lovely "home away from home"

This carriage house loft was perfect for our 9-day stay in Denver! The host, Angie, offered fantastic communication before and during our stay. The apartment is clean and fully stocked with useful appliances, cooking items, and toiletries and the "home manual" is chock-full of helpful information about the propery, processes, and the surrounding area.It's in a great location for day trips to Colorado Springs, Estes Park/RMNP, Red Rocks, and other locations, plus it's convenient to attractions in Denver.Thank you to Angie for providing part of our wonderful Denver vacation!

Theyve truly thought of everything, the cutest little home for our weekday stay in Denver!! Ubering downtown was cheap and Angie suggested a cute coffee shop we stopped at for brunch before driving home. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Enjoyable stay

Great experience and great instructions provided by the owners in an organized book. Room was ready an hour early which was helpful after a day of travel. Would stay again if in the area, specially with the sweet little touches Angie did to make us feel welcomed. Important note, Starbucks is in walking distance.

Angie’s place was perfect for our stay in Denver! It was conveniently located to everything we needed! Glorious blizzard stay !

We stopped for an unwinding evening and night in a Denver Colorado on our way to Salt Lake City Utah,we were pleasantly surprised by a short snow blizzard passing through the area couldn't have felt cozier or safer! We always stay in VRBOs when we travel and this is a great find! Angie was great at communicating with us and answered all our questions. It is definitely the best stocked kitchen we have ever had. Great experience

My family traveled to CO for a softball tournament. We enjoyed our stayed in carriage. It was clean, very inviting, and we listen to the vinyl records almost every night. The only slight challenge is having enough room to put our clothes in. I wish it had a dresser or drawers to store my daughter’s clothes. Other than that it was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. The host was awesome.

Parking is different - but a nice safe neighborhood - would stay again

We loved our stay! It’s a stunning cottage over the owners garage. Everything was so clean and nice. Parking looks like it would be in front of the garage doors but those are for the owners. You’ll park down the street on a cross street at the end of an alley or on their street on the other side of the block. Since I had a car full of family items I inherited from my family back home and was driving it 2000 miles, I was concerned for the safety of my belongings but after arranging parking in front of their house and walking back around the block I could see it’s a nice neighborhood and I felt secure. The overall experience was great. If you’re a light sleeper and want to sleep in a bit, I’d say sleep in the bedroom with the blue floral wall and desk as it’s not right above the garage doors. I would stay here again if I was going thru Denver.

Originally from the midwest, I moved to Denver 20+ years ago as the mountains and Colorado-lifestyle beckoned me. My husband Adam grew up in Colorado, and we met playing ultimate frisbee. We both love this vibrant city and enjoy what Colorado mountains have to offer! We have two grade school-aged kiddos who keep us busy with school, sports, and other adventures. We love to travel and experience the world's beauty and cultures.

Why they chose this property

Tree-lined, family-friendly streets define the diverse neighborhood of Sunnyside. It's a short walk to neighborhood coffee shops, local eateries, and yoga studios. Jog around nearby Rocky Mountain Lake. All of the homes in Sunnyside are within a half a mile of a park!

We have ample street parking, but you can definitely enjoy your visit without a car.

Proximity to several bus stops, and a variety of electric scooter and bike-sharing rentals are available in Denver. It's easy to catch an Uber or Lyft; Lower Downtown is a 10-minute ride.

Our guest home is conveniently located close to downtown and within 3 miles of the attractions the Mile High City has to offer, including Union Station, Coors Field, Mile High Stadium, Ball Arena, the Denver Center of the Performing Arts (DCPA), and the National Western Complex. Easy access to I-70 and I-25 and to Red Rocks Amphitheatre, the mountains, and the airport.
