Welcome to Bonn Way retreat!! Perfect home for 2-3 families, sleeping 13 people. Only 5 minutes to the heart of Village of Ellicottville. Our home features 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, 3,200 sqft, with 3 floors of living space. We have a furnished walk out basement (Game Room) with access to our stoned fire pit. The basement features 75” TV (DirectTV), ping pong table, foosball table, dart board and air hockey. The basement sleeps 3 people on twin beds and has it's own full bath. The main living level features large entry way, great room with vaulted ceilings and gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and access to our deck with Weber grill, overlooking beautiful views. The main level has laundry room, 2 bedrooms and a full bath. 1 bedroom with a king bed and the other with 2 queen beds.The 3rd floor features 1 bedroom with king bed, full bath and a large loft with a queen bed.

Many things to do in Ellicottville all year round. Allegany State Park just 15 mins away. Also Rock City. Holiday Valley has lots to do, pool is open to guest with a small fee, Golfing, Mountain Biking, Adventure Park and skiing/snowboarding.
