Die Ferienwohnung war wie beschrieben und wirklich gemütlich eingerichtet. Leider macht die Lüftung Geräusche, die einen auch nachts nicht gerade gut schlafen lassen. Das Objekt an sich und auch die Lage sind ansonsten hervorragend.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Baabe

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön und super gelegen. Durch die beiden Bäder ist man sehr flexibel, die kombinierte Wohnküche bietet alles was man braucht. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Es werden Doppel-Bettlaken benötigt, weil große Topper 180 x 200 auf den Betten liegen.

Baabe Urlaub mit Enkelkinder

Leider war in unserer Woche fast nur Regen.Aber wir wurden mit der tollen Wohnung entschädigt. Super Lage, 300m bis zum Strand. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Ausstattung einfach perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Diese Ferienwohnung war die beste, in der wir jemals Urlaub gemacht haben! Angefangen bei der Lage, 3 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand, weiter über die Einrichtung, sehr schön, funktional und ausgesucht bis zur Nähe von Restaurants, Kurpark und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die alle fußläufig erreichbar waren. Alles in allem super gut!!

Herrliches Baabe

Das Objekt liegt nah am wunderschönen Strand und wer sich auskennt, fühlt sich schnell heimisch. Die Wohnung liegt Parterre gut für Rentner/Familien. Eingang und Terrasse direkt am Tiefgarageneingang, störte kaum. Insgesamt eine schöne geräumige lichtdurchflutete Wohnung, schöne Schlafräume (Betten gut!), viel Stauraum, schöne Bäder mit Sauna (schnell aufgeheizt! Toll für kühle Tage!). Waschmaschine und Aufzug ins Parkhaus sind großartig. Leider waren einzelne Möbel schon sehr abgewohnt/abgenutzt von anderen Gästen (angeschlagene Flächen/Kanten von Möbeln, Wänden, Griffen). Und die Sauberkeit bei Übergabe war nicht nach meinem Geschmack. Wir mussten erstmal selbst grundreinigen, um uns wohlzufühlen. Die Couch war total versandet. Das Geschirr haben wir einmal komplett von Hand gespült. Spülmaschine war total verdreckt (reinigte das Geschirr nicht mehr, auch hier haben wir grundgereinigt, Salz aufgefüllt). Das ist mit wenigen Handgriffen gemacht und sollte bei der Endreinigung eigentlich Standard sein! Bäder waren ok. Lampen im Wohnbereich sind „eingesponnen“, kein Besen/Kehrblech für den Sand im Haus, Flächen sichtbar mit fremden Fingerspuren (das darf nicht sein). Veranda haben wir auch erstmal gesäubert vor Nutzung (und ohne Besen!). Tritthocker für Kinder defekt. WLAN defekt, konnte trotz einiger Versuche nicht repariert werden. Küchenausstattung dünn, für vier Personen reicht es. Große Pfanne und ein Schäler fehlen auf jeden Fall. Alles in allem empfehlenswert, wenn man einigen Komfort (abzüglich der Mankos, die auch Ausrutscher sein können) mit Strandnähe verbinden möchte.
