Beautiful vacation house near Sibenik and the National Park Krka. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with bathroom, kitchen with living room and a toilet. On the second floor there are two more bedrooms with bathrooms. Spend your time in the spacious outdoor area with a swimming pool and a covered cottage, where there is a barbecue and another toilet. A spot like made for relaxing. Approximately 10 minutes by car separate you from numerous beaches. Experience the extensive entertainment program that the resort of Vodice offers you during the summer months. You can also visit the town of Sibenik and take boat trips to the surrounding islands. Right next to the house is the accommodation CDV680, with this you share a small playground. Covered parking spaces available.

Wir haben schon viele Häuser gehabt und waren mit diesem am glücklichsten gewesen....super schönes und gepflegtes Haus mit einer klasse Ausstattung...von Anfang bis Ende nichts gefehlt...und ein großes Lob an die Besitzerin Anita, haben selten so eine hilfsbereite und sympathische Frau kennen gelernt. Wir werden in diesen Haus auf jeden Fall wieder Urlaub machen. Weiterempfehlung von unser Seite aus zu 100 %. Danke für die tolle Zeit.

perfekte Unterkunft

Wir haben in dieser wunderschönen Villa zwei herrliche Wochen verbringen dürfen. Das Haus und der Pool, sowie der Garten mit Sommerküche sind einfach perfekt. Die Vermieter des Objekts haben bei der Ausstattung der Villa einfach an absolut Alles gedacht. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen gebuchten Objekten der Vergangenheit muss man als Gast, ausser seinen eigenen Klamotten, nichts von zuhause mitschleppen. Vom Müllbeutel, über Sandwich-Maker, Sektgläser, Geschirrtücher usw. ist einfach alles vorhanden. Die Möblierung des Hauses ist sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll. Auf den Bildern kann man nicht sehen, dass das Grundstück perfekt eingezäunt ( Hund) und mittlerweile sehr gut eingewachsen ist, so dass man von aussen nicht auf dem Präsentierteller sitzt. Das Objekt befindet sich in einem ruhigen Ortsteil von Sibenik in einer kleinen Sackgasse. Man kann die vorbeifahrenden Autos etwas hören, empfindet es aber nicht als Störung. In etwa 500 m Entfernung befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt, nach Sibenik selbst braucht man vielleicht 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto, zu den nächstgelegenen Stränden ca. genauso lange. Die Vermieter sind sehr, sehr nett und zurückhaltend, kümmern sich aber umgehend um ihre Gäste. Einfach sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.
