Cottage in the dune forest with sauna, whirlpool, Blu-ray player and Wi-Fi

"Rosehip 263". The house is located in the beach park Baabe and is only a few steps away from the fine sandy beach.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Costs for electricity (0.49 EUR per kWh) and water (9.50 EUR per cubic meter) are charged according to consumption (prices without guarantee).
Tourist tax must be paid locally.
Bed linen, towels and firewood can be ordered upon request.
150, - € rental deposit are to pay in advance and will be charged with the additional costs.
In the New Year's Eve a deposit of 200, - € is due.

Our house extends over approximately 85 square meters and offers enough space for up to 6 people. On the ground floor you have the living and dining area with integrated kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and the spa with sauna, whirlpool and shower.

Just relax and treat yourself to a well-earned break in our spa. After an eventful day, you can end the evening in a romantic atmosphere in front of the crackling open fire or during a fun game or movie night in a family atmosphere.

Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds. A second bathroom with shower and toilet is also available upstairs, allowing a stress-free start to the day.

The living and dining area leads to the wooden terrace with garden furniture. Treat yourself to a hearty breakfast in the fresh air or enjoy the beautiful hours of sunshine in peace. A small balcony, which can be entered from both bedrooms upstairs, offers another opportunity to enjoy the beautiful nature and the sea air.

Eine Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen

Das Haus ist ruhig im hinteren Bereich des Strandpark in Baabe gelegen. Die Einrichtung und das Haus selbst, sind optisch ansprechend und in einem guten Zustand. Man kann dort ohne Bedenken ein paar ruhige, entspannte und gemütliche Tage verbringen. Ich kann es weiterempfehlen.

Alles wie beschrieben, etwas mehr Kaminholz wäre gut, v.a. in der kalten Jahreszeit, da die Heizkosten sonst recht hoch werden. Die Bettdecken und Kopfkissen sind ziemlich abgenutzt.

Wir sind das 3. mal in Baabe aber hatten diesmal Pech mit der Unterkunft

Leider war das Haus recht ungemütlich eingerichtet. Sehr spartanisch. Sehr wenig Geschirr ( Haus ist eigentlich für 6 Personen) sehr alter Standart. Waschmaschine ist mindestens 15 Jahre alt. Betten quietschten, Bettdecken und Kissen völlig durchgelegen. Vorhänge vielen von der Wand. Sie waren nur provisorisch mit Klebeband befestigt. Schränke waren vergilbt. In der Küche gab es ein Schneidebrett aus Kunststoff was völlig zerkratzt und angebrannt war. Der vorhandene Staubsauger hat nicht funktioniert. Heizkörper waren verrostet. Wir waren auch schon in anderen Häusern im Strandpark Baabe. Aber diesmal waren wir enttäuscht. Wir empfehlen dringend das Haus etwas anzupassen. Da der Preis den Häusern mit höherem Standard gleich war.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Hat alles super geklappt. Das Haus liegt toll. Auf der einen Seite hat man Wald und auf der anderen ist es zum Meer auch nur ein kleiner Katzensprung. Die Kinder waren begeistert. Kleinere Mängel waren vorhanden (Babybett in die Jahre gekommen etc.), aber nichts was Gesamteindruck oder Gesamtbewertung schmälern würde. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Ferienhaus liegt hinter den Dünen im Wald und man ist super schnell am Meer. Das Meer sieht man leicht aus dem oberen Stock. Zum Haus an sich: Es ist einfach ausgestattet, war bei uns etwas staubig (wahrscheinlich durch Nebensaison?!) aber die Lage macht alles wett. Die Sauna im Haus war auch toll! Preis-Leistung war in Summe gut…

Schöne Lage, aber nicht mehr modern

Wir waren zum 5. Mal in Baabe und immer in verschiedenen Ferienhäusern. Die Lage dieses Hauses ist sehr gut und am hinteren Waldrand, so dass niemand hineinschauen kann und auch die Terrasse im Sommer recht privat ist. Allerdings ist der Zustand des Hauses nicht der allerbeste. Im Vergleich zu anderen Häusern wirkt es recht lieblos und detaillos. Im Wohnzimmer sieht man nur am Holz, wo mal ein großes Bild hing und ein weiterer Bilderrahmen ist einfach leer. Auf den Holzstühlen am Esstisch sind keine Sitzauflagen. Das Haus bräuchte innen und außen mal einen neuen Anstrich und auch die Bäder sind in anderen Häusern moderner. Was wirklich ein Unding war: im Februar waren auf allen Betten nur dünne Sommerdecken. Eine Bettdecke war zumindest doppelt geknüpft, was bei 4 Personen allerdings nicht zielführend ist. Zumal das Holzhaus kaum isoliert ist. Fazit: Die Lage ist wirklich toll, aber im Vergleich gibt es einladendere Häuser in besserem Zustand.
