Costs for electricity (0.49 EUR per kWh) and water (9.50 EUR per cubic meter) are charged according to consumption (prices without guarantee).
Tourist tax must be paid locally.
Bed linen, towels and firewood can be ordered upon request.
150, - € rental deposit are to pay in advance and will be charged with the additional costs.
In the New Year's Eve a deposit of 200, - € is due.

Our house extends over approximately 85 square meters and offers enough space for up to 6 people. On the ground floor you have the living and dining area with integrated kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and the spa with sauna, whirlpool and shower.

Just relax and treat yourself to a well-earned break in our spa. After an eventful day, you can end the evening in a romantic atmosphere in front of the crackling open fire or during a fun game or movie night in a family atmosphere.

Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds. A second bathroom with shower and toilet is also available upstairs, allowing a stress-free start to the day.

The living and dining area leads to the wooden terrace with garden furniture. Treat yourself to a hearty breakfast in the fresh air or enjoy the beautiful hours of sunshine in peace. A small balcony, which can be entered from both bedrooms upstairs, offers another opportunity to enjoy the beautiful nature and the sea air.
