Beautifully decorated, spacious 3 bedroom 2 full bath upper level coach home located in River Strand Golf and Country Club. GOLF INCLUDED. Super clean with all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation with a light, airy coastal decor. Will give 10% discount for bookings of 2 months or more. One of the nine satellite pools is just out the front door! Inviting sunrise view from the lanai looking over the pond with local wildlife. Very peaceful quiet area! Enjoy a day at one of the many beautiful gulf beaches just a short drive from the house. For a one-time member transfer fee of $535.00 payable to River Strand upon arrival will give you full access to all the amenities offered such as the spectacularly maintained 27 hole golf course, relaxing at the resort pool, hot tub, resistance pool plus tiki bar or working out in one of the well equipment workout rooms, or have access to satellite pools next to property and around the community. We are recently retired in the past 3 years- Nurse Practitioner and CEO of company of 400+ employees. We have been enjoying wintering in the Bradenton area for a few years now in our retirement and fell in love with River Strand; so, we decided to buy our own place! We live in Iowa and absolutely love the beautiful Mississippi valley area we live in for 8-9 months out of the year but look forward to wintering in beautiful Florida. We decided to share our beautiful home and community for vacationers who want to come and enjoy Florida when we are not here!
