Wonderful stay!

Great community!

Bayside community is wonderful—lots of amenities, great location, nice homes. Apartment was big. Beds are comfortable. Only 3 stars because the unit could use a deep cleaning.

I love this condo!

This was our 2nd time to this comfy condo. Bayside is a beautiful development with lots of amenities, centrally located near MD and DE beaches. We appreciate being able to bring our fur baby along. It's very well stocked and equipped with TVs in every room. We love it.

Beautiful Condo with Marvelous Amenities!

This condo was spectacular. It was just perfect for a weekend getaway. The place was spotless and we were provided with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. I was very happy with how easy it was to access with the keypad lock and it was great to have a covered parking spot in the garage, and additional spots outside for other cars. The community is stunning to walk around and I loved that I was able to use the indoor pool and gym facilities, which are well equipped. Wish I could have been there in time to use the outdoor pool, but I guess that just means I’ll have to return!

Bayside Resort 9-24-2021

The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The condo unit was nice especially 4 tv's, though they were all smart streaming. WiFi was good. The cleaning crew had neglected the the ceiling fan in the master bedroom (which wasn't working anyway) and the one on the porch, but all in all it was a comfortable experience.

Good experience and worth it

Minor nitpicking on cleanliness but overall great place. Tabletop needed a wipe and some random spots like under the shower seat but nothing that is deterring. Understanding it’s pet friendly, throw rugs had dog hair that tracked some but nothing major. Wi-Fi weak when bringing in multiple devices. But like stated before, just minor nitpicking, the place was great and would stay here again! Furniture condition was fantastic and plenty of space available for storage and accommodating 2 adults and 2 kids (11/12yrs old). Didn’t feel cramped in the least. We didn’t use the kitchen but was in great shape if needed. Location was absolutely perfect in location to the pool!!!! That’s the biggest plus of the entire place!!!

Summer vacation

All in all the stay was enjoyable. The location was wonderful. The neighborhood is outstanding. Our AC did go up, but the staff at Vacasa was wonderful to deal with things were repaired and a very reasonable time. However, the downfall of the unit was the kitchen it really needed to be restocked, it was very limited with cooking supplies. However, there was enough silverware for an army and the bed linens. The master bedroom was very comfortable. However, the comforter was too small for the bed and there was really only one other blanket in the unit for us to use our room , so more blankets would’ve been very useful and a little bit more attention on the cleaning would be nice baseboards needed it wiped ceiling fans need it to be cleaned. We did enjoy our stay and we would recommend this year with the hope that some of the kitchen supplies and such would be addressed .

Place in need of a refresh

Too many issues to list, here’s some of them. broken shower door in master, shower curtain in second bathroom had fungus growing, pots and pans are all worn out and not usable, smart lock stop working so we got locked out until Vacasa came with new batteries, they claim that they changed the batteries the day we got there as the cleaning folks got locked out as well. Doubt it as once he changed them we had no issues with the lock thereafter.

Comfortable and convenient

Comfortable stay with our 19yr of son and labradoodle. Close to pool and park. Check in was a little difficult. Lock code did not work. No cellular service in or near building. Had to drive 1/2 mile away to get cell service twice before we were given a lock code that worked. Once in the condo, we were able to connect to Wi-Fi for phone and internet. Key code pad on dog park gate also did not work. Vacasa did not communicate our info/payment to resort for guest passes before we arrived. Had to reach out and request info to be sent. Found out the day before check out that the clothes washer did not work properly - this was very inconvenient as clothes were very wet and not spun out. The resort is advertised as dog friendly but not all residents follow Delaware leash law. Had two scary encounters with unleashed dogs approaching us while walking our dog. Condo was not super clean but as expected for a pet friendly stay at the end of season. Needs some TLC - lots of stains on the furniture and 3 out of 4 windows are missing blinds.

Christmas Vacation

Loved everything about the location and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. House was very clean and convenient to everything. The only issue we had was that. We didn’t realize that there was a trash chute in the building on each floor until about our 2nd day there as we keep driving around look for a dumpster LOL.

Had to buy all of the toilet paper and paper towels…. Blinds in master bedroom were broken. Bed is on wheels and slides away from the wall. Miner inconveniences, but overall a good place.

Will be back!

Absolutely loved the bayside resort. We went during off season and it was very quiet and well kept. This location is very spacious and you are only 10 minutes from Fenwick Island! It was easy to go back and forth and very convenient. The place itself could have been a little cleaner but we brought our own cleaning supplies just incase. Would still give it 5 stars because we really only slept there! Thank you Vacasa Team!

This beautiful, well-equipped condo is situation in a great location for all the local beaches and attractions. However, you may find that you're not interested in leaving the spectacular development. Lots to do all around.
