Horrible stay and the host was horrible as well

Dirty blue carpet! Upstairs was very depressing. Broken head boards. Broken lamps. Washing machine leaked. The host didn't send the QR code to get through the front gate.Philip said he forgot.He also gave the wrong door code after a 10 hour drive and messaging and calling him he finally responded saying (honey I was on another line) WTH??? Blinds were falling from the sliding doors. Light bulbs miss from everywhere. Staircase poorly painted. If the owner would put 5 to 7000 into this property it would really be nice. My family and I delt with it but we didn't feel at home seeing hair all over the beds and bed linens pillows were flat like pancakes. The dingy Dirty blue carpet very depressing water stains on the ceiling. I couldn't wait to get out of there back home Wifi was off more than it was on Philip said hoa took care of the internet........awful stay its not enough room to write all that was wrong with this place. The only good thing about is it's close to everything

Pésima Experiencia

Nos hospedamos 10 días, de los cuales 6 días sin wi-fi a pesar de haber notificado desde el día #1 de ingreso. No habían hecho la limpieza, tuvimos que lavar TODO lo de la cocina, platos, vasos, cubiertos, tazas, ollas, sartenes, estufa, el horno de la estufa, coffee maker, estantes de la cocina para poder guardar la comida, la nevera no hace hielo, los baños sucios, dejaron toallas sucias tiradas en el piso (por lo que también tuvimos que lavarlas), las gavetas de los baños sucias y con cabellos (también tuvimos que limpiarlos), los lava manos taqueados, en la sala está la mitad de las percianas por lo que no hay privacidad, las almohadas desgastadas al igual que las sobrecamas, cucarachas en toda la casa (deben de fumigar), hormigas en la cocina, el triturador de la cocina no funciona, los cuartos tiene televisor, de los cuales sólo uno funcionaba, hasta un control de televisor sin baterías. Realmente insatisfechos por tan mala experiencia, sin duda la casa NO es para nada limpia ni aseada, insalubre. A pesar de haberle expuesto al anfitrión de la suciedad, no se disculpó ni tampoco envió a nadie para que realizara la limpieza que toda casa debe tener. Definitivamente NO recomiendo que se hospeden ahí, hasta tanto se garantice al cliente que todo lo que ofrecen se cumple al 100%

Dissatisfied

The place wasn't clean, no wash cloths, no tissue, no trash bags,dishes had dried food on them, the pool was dirty. The only good thing about this property is the location which was convenient for all our shopping needs.
