Need to make clear that you have to make your own beds, one hair dryer for whole house, one bath towel pp.
Would be nice to have a ladder off the dock and a couple of kayaks for renters
We arrived very late and were not aware that the beds would not be made up ready for us. We finally found the "black bag" with the sheets, and then had to make the beds in order to go to sleep that night, which we had no idea was going to happen and was upsetting as we were tired from our travel to get there. Also, there were NO Towels, of which we had not been informed either. We were able to get towels from the property manager the next morning, who kindly handed them out to us, but we were told that they are not usually provided, and we had not expected that problem either. We were flying and could certainly not bring towels with us! Overall, the house was spacious and plenty of room for the 7 of us, and we enjoyed the walk on the pier out to the water, and we liked being able to cook several meals in the house. There were a few maintenance issues, the main one being that we couldn't open any of the sliding glass doors out to the deck from the living room because they needed repairing.

Location is awesome; communication needs work
We have enjoyed our stay overall. The location is secluded and yet the town is easily accessible. The views from the property are amazing. The house had a lot of old books, puzzles, and dvds.
But we have also encountered setbacks and lack of communication. We were informed that towels were not included in the linens provided. Unfortunately, after asking to comfirm what was going to be provided, the manager did not reply. In the end, the towels were provided. Additionally, the bed linens were not on the beds which was an issue for us. We were also asked to return the linens to the rental office. Overall, the house needs maintenance of small and large things. Two of the sliding doors couldn't be opened, and one could only be opened halfway. None of the light switches were labeled, and some were hidden in unexpected places. Two bedrooms had no curtains, and the other two had less than adequate curtains: sheer or not covering the window completely. This is an issue as people do have access to the docks infront of the house making it easy for them to see inside the house. It would also be beneficial to know who has access to the dock. We have seen people near the yard and on the dock. The dock has a dip in the end, that does not inspire confidence as well.
Here are more items that we have encountered: There was no fire extinguisher; there was no mention of what kind of grill was on the property, and that charcoal for said grill was not provided. We were unable to turn on the firepla
