I was not provided the access information from the VRBO platform at any time. Attempted to contact the host through VRBO messaging, with no response. Called host contact number, with no response. Had to contact VRBO customer service for resolution. I was then provided the access information from the property owner.The apartment was great and the property owner was excellent.I’m not sure but I think the host was a 3rd party, listing the apartment with VRBO
