Bring the whole group to The Atlantic House, a freshly renovated 5-bedroom New Smyrna Beach home just steps from the sand. The home sleeps 12 and is ideal for family vacations, multi-family trips, wedding weekends, sports/dance weekends, and beach reunions.

You’ll have the entire duplex to yourself, with two separate living areas, two fully stocked kitchens, two laundry areas, private outdoor space, and parking for up to 8 vehicles. This setup works especially well for groups that want to stay together while still having space to spread out.

Upstairs: 1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, full kitchen, living room, full bath, half bath, and second-story porch.
Downstairs: 1 king bedroom, 1 bunk/full bedroom, full kitchen, living room, full bath, and direct access to the patio.

The overall cleanliness of the unit was not great. The downstairs unit was very clean but the trash can was full. The upstairs unit was not very clean, had ants in the front bedroom and window sills were pretty dirty. The outside sitting area was not very clean and most of the seating had bird droppings on them.

Thanks for giving us good feedback - we have discussed with our cleaners and will ensure trash is taken out, renewed our pest control contract, and have had the cleaners deep clean all the blinds and sills. Perfect Stay for a Bachelorette Weekend!

Our bachelorette group had an amazing stay at this VRBO in New Smyrna Beach! The house was perfectly spacious and cozy, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax. Hello! We are Coleman and Emily and we are happy to welcome you to our home in New Smyrna Beach. We recently bought it in late June 2020 and spent all of July fixing it up ourselves to rent to you! Coleman works as a Merchant Marine and Emily is an Interior Designer, so we were able to put both our backgrounds together to make our dream of owning a vacation rental here in NSB a reality. What makes this property unique

We particularly love the outdoor area with seating around the fire pit nestled in the old growth sea grape trees. Over the past few years we have been trimming the sea grapes to create a canopy that hangs over the outdoor area, providing great shade over the outdoor lounge.
