Downtown Knoxville is a 30 minute drive.

Knoxville Wedding Week

We had a wonderful time at this location. It was decorated beautifully and very well supplied. The beds were very comfortable. The house was very welcoming, relaxing and close to everything we needed, especially Marblegate Farms (the wedding/reception venue) only 11 minutes away. Unfortunately the weather wasn't warm enough to swim, but we enjoyed the decks and watching boats go in and out. It would have been nice to have access to the boat to explore the lake further but understand completely why that was off limits. We had a great time and would definitely recommend. Thank you for providing everything we needed for a wonderful wedding week / family vacation.

Great stay

We were in town for a family reunion, and we had a great time with this property as our home base. The owner was very responsive and the house was in excellent order. Very comfortably appointed and a beautiful location.

Beautiful place on river

We were attending a wedding at nearby Marblegate Farms. Easy drive to venue. Comfortable beds, clean kitchen with everything you could need and more. Highly recommend this place.
