With dedicated internet and generous space, it’s also ideal for remote work. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, cutlery, paper towels, dishwasher soap, and more. You’ll also find convenient appliances like a coffee maker and toaster.
ID VERIFICATION Building management requires all adult guests to be registered at check-in. Please be prepared to present a valid ID to the check-in staff upon arrival.
ESSENTIALS PROVIDED Our unit comes with all basic essentials as listed on the platform. In addition, we provide enhanced starter supplies such as toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, a limited number of laundry and dishwasher pods, and dedicated internet service. Please note that these supplies are one-time complimentary items. For additional needs, convenience stores are located within walking distance.

CHECK-IN: 3 PM – 12 AM (Midnight)
• The check-in window officially closes at midnight. Arrivals after 12 AM must return the next day starting at 10 AM to complete check-in.
• Third-party check-in agents may assist after midnight, based on their availability and with their own service fees. If you’re not comfortable paying a late fee due to circumstances beyond your control, you must wait until 10 AM the next day to check in.
CHECK-OUT: Before 10 AM • A $100 late check-out fee applies for departures after 10 AM, as we need time to prepare for the next guest.
FOBS: The unit includes 2 sets of fobs. Lost fobs will be charged at $120 each to your deposit or card on file.
CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS: The booking holder must be present at check-in. If not, please notify us in advance. Another verified guest (ID submitted through this platform) must be present. All guests must be listed on the reservation. Minimum check-in age is 18. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
AMENITY ACCESS: After registering with the front desk, guests can head to the pool area between 9:30 AM and 5 PM to receive their amenity access QR codes. Guests must show ID and provide their phone to receive the code. This unit is allowed up to 4 QR codes. QR codes expire at 11 AM on check-out day. If you arrive outside these hours, you will need to wait until the next day to get access.
PARKING: Valet parking is available at $50 per day with no in/out privileges. Charges increase with usage: • 0–1 hr: $13 • 1–4 hrs: $24 • 4–10 hrs: $30 • 10–24 hrs: $50
Frequent in-and-outs may result in $70–$80 per day in charges.
A third-party company also offers a private garage parking option a few blocks away, with a daily rate and unlimited in/out privileges.
BATHROOM POLICY: The building has sensitive plumbing. Do not flush wipes (even flushable ones), paper towels, hygiene products, or trash. Guests are responsible for any plumbing costs due to misuse.

Home is nice. The checkin process was a mess. The elevator was not working. The noise from other renters kept us up the whole stay. Its close to everything. The location was great, great view, but wont be back.
While the apartment, location and proximity to the event we were in town to attend were great, the rental agency was disorganized and difficult to work with.

We are a super organized company. Easy check-in and out, always there for our guests. I don’t understand the guest and i don’t recommend her this guest to any host.
This place is amazing! The view is spectacular, and while it is well represented in the pictures, it’s even better in person. Check-in was super easy. The owner is super responsive to all questions. The amenities of the building are great. There is alot of seating at the pool area. You don’t need a car at all. You can Lyft or Uber easily, but there is also so much within walking distance. All in all a wonderful stay and we can’t wait to go back!
I had a group of friends with me at the condo and we all felt it was a solid, safe place to stay. Brickell is a very busy area that is thriving! Make sure you get all of your groceries ahead of time. There is a Whole Foods 3 blocks away and I discovered towards the end of my stay that there is a food truck area just on the other side of the W. Had we known that ahead of time we would’ve saved a fortune on food. I give this location a 5 star rating based on space, view, and feeling safe. However I won’t be back to Brickell again. Felt just like being in the middle of Manhattan but with a nicer view.
We have NEVER been more disappointed in a vacation decision after staying at the ICON W Residences in Miami. We thought we were staying in a well maintained unit. This was not it. When I think about what we spent, it comes to this; We should have stayed at the Mandarin Oriental.
Check in process was a joke. Confusing, unorganized, unprofessional and no instructions on how to use anything from the front door lock to all of the appliances. Please note, the long list of RULES you are given through the VRBO website is insane compared to what we found.. Walls were scuffed and dented everywhere, light bulbs missing from ceiling and floor light fixtures, dead plant in bathroom, broken Iron, jacuzzi tub did not work, wires hanging out of every TV, TV’s did not work until we wasted 1 hour waiting for someone to show up and reset/rewire them, toilet paper holder broken, or non existent, master bedroom had a bed that was on the wrong frame and was literally 35” high.. Needed a chair to get in an out! OR you could step on the dirty worn bed frame as hundreds of others have obviously done… It was filthy disgusting dirty. These are all minor but when you add them up?? for what we paid!? Sorry, but the view did not make up for these issues.. The most important concern for you to know is there is absolutely NO security in the lobby. Anyone can follow you into the building into the elevator pretending to belong and walk off elevator with you after you hit your floor.
Great unit, great views, great location. The key fobs we’re a pain - you need them for every entrance in and out of the hotel/residence - barely worked on elevator. We noticed it among others so not just the key fobs for this unit. Great restaurant, pool/hot tub and coffee shops within the building. Also great center near by with shopping and fun restaurants. Could have been cleaner but overall a great stay! Would book again!
We had a great stay at Brickell. Esma's place was unbelievable. Incredible views and lots of room. The pool was fantastic for all of us. The kids had a blast. Brickell is one of the coolest neighborhood's I have stayed. Shopping, restaurant's, etc. Will be back.
Christmas Family Vacation. Having lived in Miami years ago, we try and visit annually. We usually stay on Beach, but decided to stay in Brickell this time. This place exceeded expectations. Paula was great helping check in and answering any questions. Incredible unit, incredible views and incredible amenities in Building. The Spa, pool and gym were of of best we have ever used. We will be back.
