This place was amazing. Huge open spaces, tons of natural light, a big board-game friendly table, a large well-stocked kitchen with pass-throughs to the dining area and the den, wifi that actually worked!
It's dog friendly so my partner and I were able to bring her dog, and the enclosed backyard meant we could safely keep the dog off-leash when we took her out to potty. The hot tub was clean and hot, the yards were well maintained, the huge porch was a great place to sit and think and enjoy the rainy weather while were there.
The den was big enough for room-scale VR, which we took advantage of by bringing along my PC and headset so we could take turns slicing out tunes on Beat Saber. The two heated massage chairs were the frosting on the cake. The living room was enormous and had plenty of comfortable seating.
The beds were firm and comfy and had a good selection of pillows for fans of both thick and thin. The bathrooms were clean and the showers had good water pressure.
It was a very quick drive to the beach (maybe 5 minutes at most) and would be a totally doable walk in decent weather. Fred Meyer is just a few minutes away by car, so no need to load your car up with groceries before you come.
It was just my partner and me this time, but this would be a perfect place for two couples. Absolutely loved it and have no complaints at all. Really one of the best Vacasa stays I've had. We'll be coming back again and again.
Some tips:
* If you use the TV for streaming, remember to sign out of your accounts! Thanks to whomever left themselves logged in to Peacock, Max, Hulu, and YouTube! Your watch histories are now our watch histories.
* Bring your own tupperware! There were very few food storage options available. We bought a few extra at Fred Meyer and left some behind, but you'll probably need more.
