Why we like it:
In Oregon, “going to the coast” doesn’t always mean “going to the beach.” This lakefront cabin is living proof. A one-of-a-kind getaway to unplug and unwind—or host a few generations of family. You’ll probably want to spend the whole trip taking in the secluded landscape or lounging on the dock. That is, when you’re not enjoying the comfy living area overlooking the lake!

What’s nearby:
If you end up wanting to go exploring, Old Town Florence, the beach, iconic Heceta Head lighthouse, and some of the best sand dunes in the state are all five to ten miles away.

Things to know:
When we say secluded, we mean it: The driveway is over a mile long and incredibly steep. Boat trailers and similar equipment are impossible to take down this road, and even low profile cars run into occasional trouble. But outside the house, there’s plenty of parking!
May be best to arrive while it’s light—easier to locate your hidden retreat!
Dogs are allowed, but should be leashed when they’re outside.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
