We offer 3 & 4 night rentals early June and late September and full weekly rentals in season. Contact us directly to book.

Our cozy & clean 3 bedroom condo is located at 605 Ocean Avenue, Ocean City, NJ in the Historic District and the Heart of beautiful, fun, and family-oriented Ocean City, New Jersey. Great for a family of 5 or 6.

This is a wonderful location with 2 off street parking spaces so there will be no looking for a place to park or pricey parking lot fees. Located across the street is a beautiful park, the famous Ocean City Tabernacle with its world-renowned speakers and events, and new tennis courts. Our home is conveniently located on Ocean Avenue and 6th Street--just a short 1 1/2 blocks or approx. 5 minute walk to the beautiful beaches and exciting Boardwalk with Wonderland Amusement Pier right at the start of the Boardwalk's fun attractions. The Boardwalk is also home to Cast Away Cove Amusement Pier, Gillian's Island Water Park, arcades, restaurants, shopping, miniature golf courses, movie theaters, etc. Enjoy plays, comedy and music events at The Ocean City Music Pier (check Ocean City Music Pier online for listings), also located on the Boardwalk. Tickle your taste buds with some ice cream or gelato, water ice, fudge, Ocean City's famous Johnson's popcorn, and much more. In the morning, enjoy a family surrey ride or bike ride and have breakfast on the boards. Later, fly a kite, build castles on the beach or just take a walk by the water. There is also fishing, jet skiing, parasailing, and a fun pirate ship excursion great for the whole family, and whale/dolphin watching just to mention a few.

Ocean City is a family-oriented, dry city, however, it is located only a few minutes’ drive to Atlantic City, New Jersey with its outlet shopping, casinos, concerts and shows, The Hard Rock Café and Casino, ets. The beautiful, historic Cape May, New Jersey is only about 30 minutes away with its house tours, horse and carriage guided tours, the beautiful and free (donations appreciated) Cape May County Zoo and Park, and many other attractions nearby.

Our cozy summer condo may be rented for long weekends off season or if you just want to get away for a few days!

The long weekend schedule would be check-in Friday with check-out Tuesday. If you prefer a 3 night stay you can check-in on Tuesday and check-out Friday. Full week check-in Friday and check-out Friday. Check-in Time is 3pm and Check-out time is 10 am.
Friday/Tuesday check-in times also helps avoid the crazy traffic due to Saturday check-ins all over the city.

We make up the beds with clean sheet and additional linens (bed spreads and towels) can be provided upon request for fee.

If you are in town for a special event and need extra rooms, we work with a close by B&B to accommodate your needs. Just let us know.
We also provide cleaning supplies, coffee pot filters, 2 dish towels, dish soap and dish washer liquid, hand soap, 2 kitchen towels, one roll of paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, up to 4 beach tags, 2 beach chairs and a few beach toys we also make up the beds with sheet so for the beds you would just need blankets.

3 day minimum Tuesday to Friday, 4 days Friday to Tuesday and full+ weeks only

Nice quiet place in great location

Stayed here with 4 adults and 2 children and had a great time. Easy walk to Asbury or the beach/boardwalk, room for storing bikes and beach supplies, and right next door to a great Mexican restaurant.

My husband and I came to OCNJ with our 1 year old for his first beach vacation and we were very satisfied with our cozy beach cottage. Great layout for our son, fully stocked kitchen, and everything was very clean. Loved having a washer and dryer too! It only took us 5 minutes to walk to the beach and boardwalk and we were also able to walk to many restaurants and stores. We couldn't be happier that we stayed here and we thank Barb for being super nice and helpful!

Home Away From Home

This is my happy place. I can't believe it is Saturday and a week has passed already! I have stayed here for over six years with my son and my two small dogs and it is still just as magical as the first year. We love the park across the street for the pups, the perfect location and the cozy space with all the necessary amenities and the feel of home. Barbara treats us like family and we are so comfortable here that I always feel like it is my own home for the week. We will be back every year!

Clean, quiet and convenient beach house

We had a great stay at this rental. It is very well maintained and very clean. This is the first place I've stayed where I didn't feel the need to wash the plates or pots before I used them. Upon meeting the owner she gave my daughter tickets for the rides. She also provided beach chairs, a beach caddy and beach toys. Linens were provided on all of the beds, which was great not having to pack those. Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and a sponge were also provided. The living space was a great size for our family. The outdoor hose and shower were great for after the beach. Quiet neighborhood next door to a great Mexican restaurant. Short walk to the beach, boardwalk and rides. We highly recommend this clean and convenient unit.

You can stop looking because this is the place you want! We loved our stay here. It's very close to everything you want to do in Ocean City -- the beach, the boardwalk, Gillian's, OC Waterpark, Hobby Horse Ice Cream and more. It worked out great for our family of five and didn't feel too small for us. The house was fully stocked, especially with beach items. The ability to book a half week was also perfect for our schedule. But the real reason you want to book here is Barb is the best host. She was very responsive before our stay, met us at check-in to give us the tour, and even leant us a few items we forgot.

Lovely Place Close to Boardwalk

We had such a great time here. It was sooo conveniently located, very close to the boardwalk with a great taco place nearby we ate at repeatedly during the week we stayed there, and the owner could not have been friendlier and easier to work with. An amazing place to stay, especially if you have pets.

We chose Ocean City for our vacation home because of our family history here, and it's family oriented atmosphere.

What makes this property unique

You will enjoy the convenience of off street parking and being walking distance to the beach, the Asbury Avenue shopping district and to several popular locations.

We also provide cleaning supplies, disinfectant wipe, dish washing liquid, dish and hand soap, 2 dish towels, coffee pot liners, trash bags, 1 roll TP and 1 roll paper towels, bathroom floor towel and small bathroom rug, and there is usually salt and pepper in the kitchen. We also have 2 beach chairs you are welcome to use, some sand toys and up to 4 beach tags. We can also make up the beds with sheets so you would just need blankets/spreads/comforters for the beds.

If you would like to book these dates, please email me your full name and address, phone number, and names and ages of all guests. I will email you a lease agreement to review, sign and return with your deposit to hold your date. A 50% deposit is required and the balance due 1 month prior to your arrival date.
