street level: Studio composed of a bright living room with sofa convertible into two single beds; a small kitchen, a bedroom (160cm bed) open to the living room and a bathroom adjoining the bedroom. 1-space garage, with possibility of another parking space in front of the garage.
1st level: Pretty flower garden. Porch and little swimming pool. Main house consisting of a large living room with balcony; a dining kitchen with utility room; a large bedroom (160cm bed), a bedroom (two single beds); two bathrooms.
Roof terrace with views of the old town and the sea.
The house is equipped with: reversible air conditioning, basic equipment, towels, sheets, soap and toilet paper, fireplaces, iron, televisions, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, barbecue, wifi, mosquito nets in all the house.
