Great place, next to the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 96 College Ave. The place is super clean and new. Fully stocked kitchen - everything you need including wifi, TV, grill and beach chairs. Owner is very nice and easy to communicate with. You can’t beat the location to get to the beach and great restaurants.

Summer Heaven

Best of both worlds. A Beach vacation with accessible train to NYC just minutes away. My kids enjoyed walking to the beach by themselves and making neighborhood friends. Lots of food options nearby. My kids also took up fishing and horseback riding camp. Can’t wait to be back!
