Welcome to your brand-new, fully furnished home away from home in trendy Denver Heights. The home in 1218 sq ft with 3BR/2.5BA. The house is available for month-to-month rentals and has everything you need to settle in right away. This gated-home has room for two small cars parked in tandem or one large vehicle. With plenty of street parking, finding a spot is never a problem.
The area is a transitional mix of 500k homes and some homes that are being bought and renovated. 210 Utah falls within a group of 8 brand new homes with another brand new development right across the street.
There were no expenses spared in the building of this home. The kitchen features upgraded quartz countertops and beautiful sage cabinets. A large pantry has plenty of room for all of your cooking supplies. The flooring downstairs is all pet-friendly polished concrete and is very easy to clean. In the dining room, you'll find a large farmhouse table with room to comfortable fit six adults with a sliding door to the outdoor patio complete with a large wrought iron table and bistro lights along the fence for entertaining.
This smart-home offers a wifi-thermostat, August lock for the front door with phone access, Ring doorbell, and Ring floodlight in the backyard. There is absolutely no monitoring equipment within the home.
The living room features a large-screen HDTV equipped with streaming services and a large IKEA sleeper sofa that pulls out into a full-size bed, if needed. There is also a 0.5 bathroom on the first floor just by the front door.
Heading upstairs, you'll find a hardwood staircase with in-unit laundry within a closet at the top of the stairs. Like everything in the home, the dryer is "green". We provide an extra drying rack to help ensure your clothes are dry and reduce the risk of shrinking with the higher settings. Upstairs, the floors are carpeted and welcome you to a large master suite complete with its own private bathroom. The master bed is a traditional four-post bed with a memory-foam mattress for our guests that need a little extra support. The en-suite bathroom in large with a double vanity and large subway tile shower. A walk-in closet completes this wonderful room.
The first guest bedoom also has a private bathroom and full-size mattress for our guests. Great natural light from the window and very cozy with an ample-sized closet. Ceilings fans are present in all the bedrooms.
The third bedroom is the smallest bedroom and currently has a futon bed and 40" TV per our last guest's request. This could easily be replaced by a twin bed or potentially double bed, if desired. Of note, there is no access to a bathroom on the second floor without passing through one of the other two bedrooms. Guests would either need to be ok with that or use the .5 bathroom downstairs.
All and all it's a wonderful, immaculately kept property close to King William, Downtown, and the Pearl District. There's a nearby HEB but the Central Market HEB is worth the drive for selection and quality. There are a ton of great independent restaurants and bars in this area and it's only getting better everyday. Close proximity to hospitals and military bases have made this popular amongst traveling nurses, locums doctors, and military in town for training or medical reasons. We look forward to hosting you.
Pets do require a separate non-refundable deposit as it does take our cleaners quite a bit more work after pet stays. Fees are determined on a case-by-case basis. Lawn care, pest control, and utilities are all included.

My family stayed in this house for a month and we absolutely loved it. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and everything was very clean. This is a new build in a cute area. All of the restaurants we wanted to go to were nearby and the Doseum was very close. It was easy to get to the military base as well. The host answered all of our questions quickly and was wonderful to work with.

Welcome to our home! We're glad you chose to stay at 210 Utah St at 701. My husband and I are both prior active duty military and spent several years in San Antonio. It's a vibrant and friendly city with fantastic Mexican food and so much to do and see! We currently live in upstate New York but visit Texas as often as possible.
