The 3201 difference is our bi-lingual concierge team of two makes enjoying it all as easy as sending them a text or making a quick phone call. From start to finish, we’ve got you covered. We can arrange your round trip to and from the airport with a private driver at a cost less than what you would pay for a taxi ride. Forget the rental car. You won’t need it. Use that money for food or fun.

Your concierge team will greet you upon arrival and make sure everything is in order as you settle in. You can simply hide away until it’s time to leave, if that is your choice. However, if you want something more, your days surfing the internet looking for the best deal on activities or making dinner reservations are over. Let us handle it. This is our turf ! For an additional fee, we can even stock the kitchen before you arrive, arrange in-unit spa treatments or baby sitting, and even plan a dinner with a local chef. There won’t be other guests competing for our team’s time. You are it.

The beach directly in front of Las Mananitas 3201 is 131 steps from the edge of the pool deck. Go out the front gate of Las Mananitas, and within a five minute walk you can hit six different restaurants and bars, and a supermarket as big and modern as you will see anywhere in the U.S.A. Just outside that same gate, hop on a bus (they are old school buses) “Transito Urbano” for a 5-10 minute ride to downtown, Plaza Mijares, and the Art District, with too many shops, bars and restaurants to count!

The impeccable 5-star resort caliber grounds at Las Mananitas are tended to daily by a small army of landscapers, and a 24/7 security force quietly blends in.

With the beaches, swimming pools, sunset and whale watching boat rides, golf, dining and shopping the area has to offer, a trip here is an easy sell.

Our unit is about 2000 square feet which include a 500-square-foot balcony.

Great Condo and Vacation!

The place was extremely clean and well stocked. We loved the deck and the ocean, front and view. We felt very secure at all times and would love to return. The only comment I would make is that we were under the impression that we would see the concierge on the day we arrived or at one point early on in the stay. But the only point of communication was by way of WhatsApp. However he did respond quite quickly when we messaged him and it all worked out. Thanks again for the lovely stay!

Beautiful condo and location

Couldn’t have been better, condo was perfect, all things furnished. Deck was perfect for hanging out. Grocery store a 2blk walk, grills by pools, eateries galore in neighborhood. Ramon was available if needed. Highly recommend this unit

The Very Best in Cabo!

We sure lucked out in discovering Las Mañanitas and Bert’s condo this year! We have stayed in many different places over the years and the bar has now been set to a new high with our recent stay. From booking to communication along the way, to check in, Bert has perfected the process. Ramon was very helpful in answering any of our questions and meeting us at check-in and checkout. The furnishings, the linens, the well stocked kitchen as well as the view made for a perfect stay. The filtered water is a big plus for us, no worries about buying bottled water. We could refill our own water bottles and off we’d go. Everything is high quality and top-notch. Our favorite place to hang out was the two chaises on the balcony where we could sit at any hours of the day and watch whales with our binoculars. We had every creature comfort we could possibly need. This made for a perfect girlfriend’s trip! We loved the pools, the grounds, the proximity to restaurants and downtown. We like to have a rental car because we drive different places but when we go to dinner or downtown, we take Uber which is super affordable. We can’t thank Bert and Ramon enough for our wonderful stay, we are completely spoiled now, and will always stay at Las Mañanitas!
