Gîte Les Lauriers Roses

Very beautiful Ardèche house completely restored with taste and respecting the traditional character (furniture, stones and exposed beams) in the small hamlet of Brujas. We are located 13 km from Vallon Pont d'Arc and the Gorges de l'Ardèche, 18 km from the restitution of the Grotte Chauvet and 8 km from Barjac, village of character in the Gard. The house is independent and quiet with lots of charm and a garden of about 1000m² available, private parking. Two air-conditioned living levels. On the first level opening onto a large covered terrace: fully equipped kitchen, large living room (sofa, armchairs, flat screen TV, stereo, dvd), 1 bedroom (1 bed 2 people 140), bathroom with toilet. Upstairs, lounge area in mezzanine, 1 bedroom (1 bed 2 people 160), 1 bedroom (2 beds 1 person 90), bathroom and toilet. Pets allowed on request from the owners. Short stay on request from the owners.

Une magnifique maison, facilité de parking personnel, très beau terrain avec table de ping-pong, bbq, belle véranda avec table et chaise très appréciée .Tout à l'intérieur correspond à la description. Bonne wifi, en fait tout est confortable et rien ne manque.Le hameau est d'un calme complet, seule la cloche de l'église se fait entendre à partir de 7h si vous avez les fenêtres ouvertes. Les sites touristiques se trouvent assez proches de tous les côtés. Vous pouvez vous rendre dans ce gite vous ne serez pas déçu.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce gîte très bien équipé même pour les enfants en bas age (kit bébé). Nous avons apprécié le calme et le jardin pour jouer avec les enfants.
