Set in a peaceful area away from mass tourism only 1,5 km from the most beautiful beach of the island Chalikounas Beach . A 4 km sandy beach with no hotels around it ,only few Tavernas and one beach bar , right across Korission lake .It is considered a protected area due to the rare species of bird and fish in the lake . If you are lucky you will get to experience the visit of the pink flamingos in the lake area . The kite surfing club is also in Chalikounas beach .
The area is well known to the locals as a peaceful place to spend your Sundays
Hiking is also very popular with beautiful paths and places of interest to visit
Cape Gardiki one of the oldest castles in Corfu is 2,5 km from the establishment and the spider net forest on the other side of the lake is one of the best places to walk .Moraitica village just 5,5 km away is full of life with all kinds of markets and night life entertainment .
