Escape to our charming 4-bedroom vacation home on Hilton Head Island, where you can immerse yourself in the island's natural beauty and enjoy a wealth of amenities. Situated just a 7 minute walk, 3 minute bike ride or 2 minute golf cart ride to our favorite natural life beach. A boardwalk right to the beach is coming this summer. You will find horseshoe crabs, oysters, shells, beautiful sea grasses. It feels like our private beach. As a traveler, you'll delight in the outdoor pool and rejuvenating hot tub, where you can soak up the sun and unwind. Stay connected with the free WiFi, and take advantage of the in-home laundry facilities with 2 washing machines and dryers. Settle in for a cozy movie night on the smart TV whether it be outdoors by the pool or one of our 8 tvs in every room with satellite/cable channels. The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, lobster pot, dishwasher, and a host of other appliances and utensils. The new addition in lower living area has a studio kitchen also. Gather around the dining table and savor delicious meals together. When you're not exploring the island, enjoy the game room with a selection of books, games, and toys for the kids. This vacation home offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, with essentials like 3.5 bathrooms, towels, basic soaps, a hair dryer, an iron and board, and climate-controlled air conditioning and heating. Enjoy the park views from the primary suite balcony, and make the most of the outdoor play area, ping pong table, corn hole, lots of beach and pool toys, loungers, and outdoor furniture. With parking in the garage and baby gates and travel cribs available, 2 high chairs this property caters to families or just a group of friends. Just added a luxury studio cabana room off the pool with a king suite and gorgeous bath and mini kitchen!

All around great stay. We loved the property. The kids had a blast in the pool, hot tub, riding bikes and going to the beach. On the way home they talked about wanting to go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our “A Wave From it All” vacation. Jim and Debbie couldn’t have been better hosts. They were attentive, informative, responsive, and just plain fun. They communicated with us well in advance of our trip so we knew what to expect. The home was lovely, clean, and comfortable, with amenities above and beyond what some hosts offer. We were lucky enough to enjoy their company for dinner one night, which may have been our favorite part! They are fun and funny and generous! We’d love to come back!

Pool was a hit with the kids ages 5-14 and was warm enough for the adults to get in. Fire pit and grill worked well. Kitchen had all of the tools necessary to have Thanksgiving dinner. Very clean, modern, and had beautiful decor. Cabana space with TV was nice for adults while kids swam. Took bikes provided and golf cart to beach close by with no issue. All 3 pull out couches had enough sheets blankets and pillows. Beach and bath towels were provided which helped with packing bare essentials. Bench swing on 3rd floor deck was a nice retreat. Elevator was awesome and two areas for laundry was amazing for having 2 families as well as 2 suites. We also visited Coligny beach and played sand volleyball and went to harbor town. Good selection of restaurants. Crazy crab was a good pick recommended by our hosts. Communication was great and friendly. We were greeted with donuts and fruit left out for us upon arrival. Very nice, organized, and had stunning beachy decor! Also kids loved using the popcorn machine. We loved this vacation haven.

Amazing property with very accommodating hosts! You can tell that the house is more than a rental property but a future permanent residence as they have thought of everything and it’s furnished/decorated like a home, not a beach rental. Location is convenient and the golf cart usage makes it super easy to get to/from the local beach park. The outdoor space and pool are amazing and furnished to be enjoyed. Overall great experience and the photos don’t do the condition of the house and furnishings justice. It’s extremely comfortable and very well done. You won’t be disappointed!

Amazing Home

A truly amazing home and Jim and Deb have thought of everything. Great pool, hot tub, golf cart, bikes, everything. The elevator was perfect for the wheelchair we had. Made the house very handicap accessible. Communication was amazing and always willing to help if we needed anything. Access to beach is about a quarter mile away so the golf cart was key to get everyone and everything back and forth to the beach. An exceptional week for the entire family. Thank you so much

I’ve rented a lot of VRBOs in my time. Jim was the most friendly and accommodating host I’ve ever had. The house is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped, and the location was perfect for our group. My mother, who uses a rollater easily navigated the house. The location was great as well. Would rent again!

A Wave From It All

The house was great! The owners thought of everything - well stocked bathrooms and kitchen; luxurious towels; so many pool and beach toys, chairs, towels, etc.; lots of baby/toddler equipment. Experienced issues with the elevator - critical for one member of our group. Large parking/ ping pong area; the golf cart was handy though not useable on main roads; several bicycles available. Owners involved and very responsive; provided good advice and tips and surprised us with a parting gift.

We were always interested in running a B&B so when we heard about this new beach community, we decided to pull the trigger and build purely for vacation rental. This house became a labor of love.
