This picturesque community is tucked away in a private oasis of lush tropical landscape, yet only 5 miles from white sandy beaches and famous downtown 5th Ave. shops and restaurants.
This condo offers a split BR floor plan for the ultimate in privacy. King master suite w/dual sinks, adult height vanity, oversize tub, separate shower, & water closet. Guest BR (queen) & guest bath located on opposite side of unit, next to laundry room w/full size washer/dryer.
There’s an extensive list of amenities inside & outside this unit including, vaulted ceilings, custom window treatments, raised panel cabinetry, solid surface counter tops, stainless steel appliances, big screen TV, wifi/internet access, walk in master closet, & covered car port for parking.
Community amenities include the largest saltwater resort style heated pool in Naples, clubhouse, 2 clay tennis courts, covered/screened bocce courts, putting green, & library. The community social/activity list is equally impressive!
This property has a 30 day minimum advance notice and $150 fee for Falling Waters Rosewood Association rental application.
During January to March the condo is available only for 3 month's rent period.

Great place to stay!

We love staying at Falling Waters, the condo we stayed in was well equipped and clean. Appliances are new and beds are comfortable. Close to grocery, drug store and Walmart.

Perfect stay!

We spent a month at this lovely condo. Everything was perfect and pristine upon arrival. The owners were so kind. The pool is the best in Naples and a very short walk. Angela + Horea are great Hosts. They are organized and made renting the condo simple, responding to questions promptly. The condo is beautiful and very clean. Nicely updated with a kitchen ready for anyone who likes to cook. Definitely would recommend to others.

This condo is all you can ask for. Immaculate, roomy and tastefully decorated! End unit, and one of the only units with a side window in dining area to make it bright and sunny. Comfortable furniture and beds. Everything you need is there. Close proximity to one of the biggest pools in all of Florida. It's gorgeous. The location is perfect. Away from the hustle and bustle of 5th avenue but only a ten minute ride when you want to go there or to the beach. Landlords are very accommodating and are very responsive. You can't go wrong renting this place!!!!!

Lovely!

One of the best places I’ve ever rented! We loved hanging out by the pool, especially before sunset. So relaxing and great for bird watching! Short walk, drive, or bike ride to the pool through the beautiful and well kept neighborhood. The lanai had a lovely waterfall view in the backyard. Loved having breakfast out there. The space was better than pictured! Large living space with two full bathrooms, two bedrooms, smart TVs and in unit laundry. Great location with close to grocery and restaurant, Big Cypress and the Everglades, and many local parks and trails for viewing wildlife and local flora. Easy check in and great communication with Angela and Horea. Your search ends here at falling waters!

Der Mai in Naples

Schöne Wohnung, gut eingerichtet, voll ausgestattete Küche, Fernseher in allen Zimmer, riesiger Gemeinschaftspool. Leider ist das Haus eines der am nächsten an der Strasse steht. Somit lärmig auf dem Balkon und zusätzlich noch der kleine Wasserfall im Garten. Aus diesem Grund nur 4 Sterne bei der Lage.
