With a prime location for winter skiing, outlet shopping, and visiting Story Land with your kids, this newly built home in Lower Bartlett brings the best of New Hampshire to you. Come home from your daily adventures to be greeted by a tree-lined deck, a gas fireplace, and a fun game room for all ages.

The living space is spread out across three floors, with free WiFi running throughout the house. Enter into the middle floor, where you can kick off your boots and store your gear by the door and make yourself at home in a fantastic room that brings together the living room, the dining room, and the kitchen. Find something to watch on the TV as you warm yourself by the fire, or hop into the kitchen to get dinner going using stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher and a French-door refrigerator). There's ample space to dine at the table and the three-person breakfast bar. You will also find a picnic table available for guests to use outside during the summer months.

Each evening, you can bring your coffee and dessert outside to the deck, leave the day's clothes in the care of the washer/dryer, and find all sorts of entertainment - including another TV, an Xbox, a foosball table, shuffleboard, a PAC-MAN console, and an assortment of board games - downstairs in the game room. Two bedrooms have TVs, and one has an en suite bathroom.

Great place

Location, amenities and layout of house allowed for a large group to easily have their space. The house was better than described in terms of bed options. Would definitely rent the house in the future.

This house was great! Clean, warm, and welcoming. Cozy fireplace on cold days and an amazing basement with games for the kids. We enjoyed skiing at Bretton woods as it was 35 min away and would definitely go back. Due to the cold weather we decided to snow tube at Cranmore instead of skiing and really had a lot of fun, 15 min away. Location of the home was great for exploring, restaurants, and shopping. House was fully equipped with extra blankets for the cold nights and kitchen was fully stocked. Only complaint we had were the mattresses. The kids, each less than 100 lbs, complained about the queen mattresses being really hard and uncomfortable - they were not good. We would definitely go back… after new mattresses were placed. Great home and surrounding area with lots to do!

Cozy Cape in Intervale

This house was absolutely beautiful and filled with amenities. The furniture was very comfortable and the location was extremely convenient. The only negative would be the slope of the driveway. Other than that we Loved our stay !

Love the large kitchen and eating area which is all open to the family room. We also loved the separate play space in the basement complete with some toys and games. The mini splits/AC in two of the bedrooms (and on the first floor) and provided fans, located in bedroom closets, helped keep us cool in the heat wave we had. Great place and location.

Exceptional home with every convenience needed! Beautiful and clean with plenty of room for all 6 of us. He added full bath downstairs was such a plus! I couldn’t believe how clean everything was. TOP NOTCH! The game room and all of the games was so fun. Kept us all engaged together. Plenty of floor fans to keep air circulating. Pots, pans, utensils, full kitchen! Beds were so comfy too. I would highly recommend this home for any family wanting to stay in pure comfort!

Girls weekend away

We were a group of 6 women and had plenty of space in the house. It was great having three showers to get ready in. Plenty of sleeping space as well. There was a keurig with coffee pods available which was a nice touch. Two rooms had mini splits and the other bedrooms did not but they did have floor fans if needed. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Kitchen was a decent size with a table to sit at. The deck was nice to sit out on-just enough room for 6 people. The basement was nice and had games to play which was fun.

Great house and location!

We came up for a skiing at Cranmore. The house is absolutely beautiful and fit our family perfectly. 2 teens each had their own bathroom and our 16 year old had the whole downstairs. Lots of fun games down there. The kitchen is well equipped. Just plenty of room. The location is in between lots of ski resorts and close to shopping and restaurants. We love the North Conway area and it was our 5th time here. We will definitely look to stay at this house again.

We had 4 adults and 3 kids in our group and the house was the perfect size. House is very nice, everything is new and clean. Finishing basement was awesome with multiple game consoles, shuffleboard and foosball. Great location for getting around the North Conway area. A non factor for our group but there is only parking for 2 cars. We would stay here again in the future.

Beautiful home for rental

We took our twins and their significant others to stay for a weekend. It did NOT disappoint!! Everything from cleanliness to room size was above what I expected. I couldn’t recommend a better place to stay! There were 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bath. And never did any of us (all adults) have to wait to use one. Beds were super comfy. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could think of. There were plenty of floor fans to keep the whole place cool - including 2 mini splits. I needed to converse with the owners and it was nothing but professional. And no wait time for a response. Can’t say enough great things about this property!!!!! We will be back here!!! I have to add that the PAC Man game and the shuffleboard game were an added treat for the kids. The downstairs room was just that much added onto our experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Beautiful Home, a Few Minor Issues

Perfectly appointed, felt brand new, lovely decor, plenty of space, spotless and convenient. My only qualms were that the wifi was a bit spotty, and the mini splits upstairs were insufficient for the whole floor, however we were only using the two king bedrooms for our stay so it wasn't an issue. Some small flies were getting in but they mainly kept to the basement. The smoke detectors went off in the middle of the night several times for no reason. Overall though, I would stay at this property again.

Great house, needs more parking

This place met all the needs for my friends and I for a long ski weekend, however, there's only parking allowed for two cars in the driveway and not because there isn't space for a third but because the HOA limits it. On-street parking isn't allowed overnight either so for groups with people coming from different places, you're out of luck. Vacasa, the property manager, didn't have any actual helpful solutions to get around this. Also, there are many spaces that are locked off and inaccesible for guests which aren't clear in the listing, including the garage, kitchen pantry and many bedrooms closets. Other than that, the house is roomy. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were clean. Bath and kitchen amenities are very basic.

Great location.

This home was a great location for all we wanted to do in the area. Very clean and well appointed. Was a great place for 6 adults to spend a few days and take in all the area has to offer. Lots of great restaurants and shopping near by . Fun area, and a very comfortable home.

Getaway to North Conway

House was very impressive, clean, and accommodating. It was plenty of room for everyone. Good location. Couple of comments: 1) It is advertised as Central air. There are mini-splits in the two back bedrooms but not in the front bedrooms; one in the kitchen/dining room. I wouldn't consider that as "Central Air". 2) The dryer is vented into the upstairs hallway which is really quite warm in August - would be fine in the winter. 3) HOA requires only two cars can be parked in the driveway overnight. If we were allowed to have up to 10 adults, how could accommodate parking for these guests without using the street, which happens to be the last house on a dead end? Thanks in advance. Great family house very close to Cranmore, Black Mt, Attitash

This house was perfect for our group (4 adults, 6 children). The basement was a great hangout area for the kids with foosball, shuffleboard, board games, and video games. Large kitchen with plenty of seating. They thought of everything and we would definitely rent again. Couple notes: more dishwasher pods should be left for renters. With 10 people in the house, we use enough dishes to run the dishwasher twice per day, but we were only left with enough for 3 runs. Same goes for trash bags and paper towels. Maybe just leave enough for two of those items per day of stay. In addition, the bedroom above the garage gets very cold (probably because it's above the garage). We did find a space heater in the first floor closet so that helped, but perhaps a more permanent solution should be looked into (there was a mini-split in the living room so maybe one can be added to that bedroom) . Other than those two really minor things, the house was perfect and clean and everything was in great shape.

great time away!

This house was truly everything we needed. Everyone- from adults to kids were happy and comfortable. We especially loved sitting in front of the gas fireplace, preparing meals together in the kitchen, and of course playing shuffleboard in the basement! It was hard to leave... oh- and it was extremely clean and tidy.

Loved this place!

Clean, spacious and gorgeous! Gas fireplace was a nice touch. Only issue we had was parking. Driveway was steep and tight but the pluses totally outweighed parking.
