Great place

Very spacious , clean, comfortable. This house has everything you need in the kitchen, including blenders, cleaning supplies , SHARC passes . Would be absolutely perfect to have AC on the lower floor but reality is if you keep blinds on during the day time and open windows at night- it is good enough to keep it cool even when it is 93F outside and fans keep the air movement just fine. Hot tub is perfects, has seats with different jets to alternate the points you want to massage . A lot of extra towels, blankets, pillows. Nice living room with TV with big windows . Absolutely gorgeous back porch with comfortable seating. Supermarket nearby , bicycle path near the property. Grill outside works great . Very peacefull surroundings. Good beds. We would love to come again in the fall or winter . We had the most relaxing time ever.

First of all the code to front door didn't work so we had to call Vacasa to get a code to lock box for the front door key. Home needs updating and deep cleaning. Carpets dirty, windows wouldn't open for fresh air in downstairs bedrooms without screens popping off and rooms very stuffy and smelled like pets had been downstairs. Heat ran continually in downstairs queen bedroom so I had to force window open and use a fan each night to keep cool. Dry rot around some windows. AC was set to 62 degrees when we arrived and we couldn't take it off so freezing upstairs and finally just shut the whole thing off. Hot tub was nice and clean but very hard to see around it with no lighting. Used cell phones to see when opening lid and walking downstairs to get to the hot tub.The biggest issue upon leaving we went through the laundry room to access the garage and drop the garbage in the cans out back. The back garage entry door had been unlocked & open the entire time we stayed there without our knowledge. The inside door unlocked too so it led directly to the downstairs bedrooms that we were sleeping in. Also each time we left the home our valuables were there without us knowing the back door was wide open. This place was way overpriced for the condition of the home.

Beautiful home, perfectly located, and well-stocked

Sunriver homes are always hard to gage from the pictures, especially with regards to curb appeal, and I was unsure about this one. However, it exceeded all of our expectations. The house is roomy, and nicely decorated. They obviously took past feedback seriously and updated furnishings fairly recently. The beds were comfortable, the hot tub worked great, the kitchen was so well stocked, we didn't need half of the things we brought. Even the bathroom had starter shampoo and conditioner - which we know is an extra. The local team called me on our way so we'd have their number in our phone in case anything went wrong during our stay (there ended up being an issue with the range and my parents had to reach out to maintenance after we were already gone, but it was addressed quickly). I would say maybe it's a better fit for a friend group or families with older kids given the white carpets and nice decor, but we had a wonderful week there and would absolutely stay again.

Great Space

6 Red Cedar was a great house stocked with everything you need. We knew when we booked there was no AC so we were prepared for the heat. It actually was fine once we closed the blinds during the day and open windows and used fans at night. The rooms downstairs stayed cool all day. When we first arrived the kitchen was dirty. Lots of sticky spots on the counters and floors. Also ants on the counters. Vacasa was quick to reach out and offered to have someone come out and clean the kitchen and set up some ant traps. Communication was great and we felt they took care of the situation quickly.

Beautiful house

We loved the decor and layout. It was nicely furnished and had a very cool private hot tub. Several of the hanging blinds need repair - especially in the bedroom to keep morning light out - but that’s not enough to lower the rating. Would stay again.

Great house and location

Really wonderful house. Cute decor that isn’t over the top. Comfortable beds and couches. Well stocked kitchen. No AC but fans were provided and did enough to keep us comfortable since we also spent time out of the house during the day. It was kind of difficult to communicate and get responses from rental company and owner at times. But nothing that got in the way really. Oh yeah, and no bikes :( but, we would definitely come back to this house in the future!

Great place!

We were here for a week, and it was a great house for that length of time. The layout worked really well for us with the open floor plan. There was plenty of room for everyone and a nice space for playing games, etc. We had a lot of snow while we were there, so we a really enjoyed the fire place but we were not able to enjoy the outdoor space. The wrap around deck looks great though, and I am sure is really nice for when the weather is better. The kitchen isn't big, but is very well equipped, and everything is in good shape. The mini bar is a great addition, and something we put to good use during happy hour. Overall, a really good place to stay, and one that we would consider going back to.

Wonderful stay!

This place is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The lack of AC was not a problem for us at all and we stayed here during the great heat wave of 2021. Open the window at night and pull in the air with fans and no AC needed. Then just close the blinds during the day. I would stay here again any time!

No AC so it was very warm

Note, this home does not have AC. It was very uncomfortable over the hot week we had. They did have fans available but it was really uncomfortable. The location and space was nice. A few cobwebs and some bugs. The appliances, pans, dishes were in excellent condition. Loved the location and fairly quiet neighborhood.
