This two bedroom home sits on a lush bluff overlooking the Long Island sound in the North Fork. The guest house with a large sitting area, sleeping area, full bathroom and washer dryer also sits with beautiful endless sound views steps from the beach. A wide private beach sits at the end of the stairs down the bluff and the large yard is perfect for play or relaxation on the very private property. The property runs along the large wooded and peaceful Peconic land trust.
An outdoor grill is on the property with washer and dryer, full kitchen, large open living space, fireplace, and cedar outdoor shower. WiFi is throughout the property up to the beach. Furniture may vary. 2 week minimum.
Minutes from wineries, Greenport, farm stands, Greenport Brewery, Horton Lighthouse, and Southold town.
