Casual at the Beach is a five-bedroom, four-bath oceanfront home located 1.2 miles south of Garden City Pier. This premier home features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances including a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, and beverage refrigerator, as well as a washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, gas fireplace, hardwood and ceramic tile flooring, and ceiling fans. Six TVs and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include two king and two queen-sized beds, plus two twin-over-twin bunk bed sets. Outdoor amenities include a private 26-by-13-foot swimming pool (3-to-5-foot deep), furnished pool lounge area, covered porch, and balcony. This property may have video, audio or similar exterior surveillance equipment. Trailers permitted. Motorcycles permitted. No pets. No smoking. Maximum occupancy: 12

Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City.
