Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Third floor, nice balcony views, two spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. Condo is beautifully updated with a nice, well stocked kitchen and a completely renovated bathroom. Large living room has an electric fireplace and is nicely decorated. Condo is quiet and has a cozy feel. Close to many stores and restaurants. U of A is 20 minutes away. Arizona has a lot of wonderful places to visit and sites to see. We’ll know you’ll love it.
The apartment is on the third floor and does not have an elevator.

Fantastic location

This was a fantastic location. It was quick and easy to get to and it met all my criteria. It was actually better in person. The balcony was my favorite part.

another awesome stay

This is our second time staying at this property, and we are booked for next year already, so you know we love this place. It is in an older building for sure, but the condo has some updates which make it perfect for us. This are plenty of cleaning supplies which is nice. Don't have to worry about bringing laundry soap, shampoo, soap etc. There is plenty of pots to cook in, and again, some nice supplies are there, paper towels, napkins, some spices, oil, coffee, etc. There are plenty of linens supplied (which in some rentals we have found lacking). There is no washer/dryer in the unit, but it is just downstairs and you don't have to pay. The beds are comfy and plenty of seating in the living room. There is a huge balcony for relaxing in, table and chairs outside, plus 2 more comfy chairs to relax in. There is no elevator so you are walking up 3 flights of stairs, but no biggy. The owners are quick to reply, and always check in with us after a day or two, to make sure everything is o.k. We find the area is perfect for us, close to shops and hiking. Like I said, we will be back. Thank you

Great stay

Great stay as a family of 4. The complex it's in is ok, the pool isn't great so we didn't use it. But the inside of the apartment is very nice and nice big TVs. Kids had a TV in their room too. The balcony is really nice and you can see the sunset!! Nice Central location in Tucson. Property manager is very quick to get back to you. Priced great!! We enjoyed our stay!

Lovely place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was exactly as pictured, the beds were comfortable, and the place was very clean. We weren't in the unit very much, so for the price it was exactly what we needed! The outside of the building is older and a bit run down, but there's an outdoor pool for use and covered parking. It was perfect for our stay!

Mariachi Week

Staying at Donny's place was a great! The unit was easy to find, clean and comfortable. The location worked out perfect for us, there was lots of places to eat around us as well as grocery stores and the Tucson mall was pretty close. We would definitely come back and stay here again. Communication was instant and everything was exactly how it was described/shown. Thank you for a positive experience.
