This place was great. Easy access to RMNP and downtown Estes Park. Clean, spacious and updated condo. You could tell the owners take great pride in their rental.
Five of us rented this property to stay at while we were in Estes Park for our friends’ wedding at Della Terra. It was about a 10 minute drive to the venue and it had beautiful views. We loved our time together and the space was perfect for our group.
This is a great property to spend with family to explore the town and RMNP. The rental experience was easy and the management was helpful and responded rapidly to a minor problem we had. Would gladly rent the property again.
Loved the property and the close proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park. The space was great for my teenager, my parents and my husband and I. We had some nice time together but also separate spaces. The beds are very comfortable. The best part was not having to drive through Estes to get into Rocky Mountain National Park
We will definitely come back to this clean and extremely roomy home with lovely views! You are right up in the mountain! We saw several animals and enjoyed watching them in their natural habitat. Beds were comfy and house was inviting.
We had a wonderful stay at this townhouse. We were in Estes getting together with family to explore Rocky Mountain National Park. Location was ideal. Views and home were stunning. Kids loved watching the hummingbirds and trying the Wii. Great cross between a nice hotel, and staying with a friend. Would definitely return next time we are near Estes Park.
We really enjoyed our stay here and I was so thankful for the little things that were available, like baggies in the kitchen and salt and pepper. The hummingbirds were fun to watch and we saw deer a few times as well. We did have trouble with the door keypad a couple times and ended up going in through the garage instead.
This was one of the best properties we've rented. Everything was clean and well labeled. The hummingbirds were a treat to watch. We've never seen so many at one time. The unit is very secluded and we only saw other people outside a few times.
We were about 5 minutes from the FallRiver park entrance. The longest wait we ever had was 10 minutes. It's only 10 minutes to town for groceries, restaurants or shopping.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Great location close to RMNP entrance and downtown Estes! The pics on the listing don’t do the views justice! Gorgeous views front and back! We saw many deer and elk just around the property. Comfortable sleeping for our family of 6. We would stay here again if we are fortunate enough to return!
*my only tip is this condo is on the side of a mountain and lots of stairs to climb- was no problem for us but if you are older, disabled, or handicapped could be tough
Thanks for sharing your place with us. It was a quiet retreat in the perfect location. The hummingbirds are fun to watch. There were quite a few elk in the neighborhood. Our family of 6, plus 2 grandparents were comfortable here. What we missed in the listing is that there is no AC (most of Estes Park and Denver too do not have this, according to a local). And this is a condo on 4 floors, so quite a few stairs.
Overall, a great trip. The house was very clean and well furnished. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Lovely home but stay away if you have sensitivities
The property is roomy and large with a well stocked kitchen. When you are out on the patio you can touch the boundary of RMNP. When you walk through the door however you are hit with a powerfully pungent scent that saturates the house. The owner utilized four little crockpots that simmered wax scent blocks. Unfortunately this has permeated all the linens, walls, and furniture. I was unable to remain after spending 1.5 hours trying to air the place out. Ended up in a hotel instead. My brother and I suffered from a variety of symptoms. If you are sensitive to chemicals or have breathing issues of any kind, do not consider this place.
We were apparently a back to back booking and the cleaning crew was a bit behind so we couldn't do early check in. In fact, the crew was still there at 4pm and we had to wait about 10 minutes for them to wrap up before we could unload.
The townhome itself had all the rooms and bathrooms (2.5 baths) our family needed (three teen girls ages 12-16 and my sister stayed besides my husband and I). My sister stayed in a upstairs queen room, we stayed in the master upstairs and our girls slept in the loft on another queen and a futon (with the windows open and a floor fan running).
We loved seeing the hummingbirds each day and saw a deer and elk in the neighborhood later in the week before we left. We also really appreciated having a washing machine and dryer in the townhome to wash our hiking clothes after long days in the park. The location being just a couple of miles from the Fall River entrance was fantastic as well and we loved the tips about short hikes to do and an alternate grocery store when Safeway was super busy and packed inside and out (we experienced that right before check in!). As most places in Estes Park don't have a/c, we were grateful for the cross breezes and the door stops to keep doors from slamming shut. We did try to run the a/c but it didn't really seem work to cool the house and it really wasn't needed after the first day & night once a storm passed through! Quite pleasant!
