Owner/host was always very responsive before, during and after our stay. The open kitchen and living room area were great for gatherings, as well as the pool area. The property is very steep, including driveway, many steps to enter the front and steps up to the pool area. We loved having morning coffee on the back patio looking at all the flowers - very peaceful. Rooms and amenities are very nice with comfortable bedding and towels and convenience of washer and dryer. Note that the two bedrooms with king beds have part or all of the bathroom integrated into the bedroom so there is little privacy (one does have enclosed toilet area).

This place was awesome comfy beds and lounge furniture also in living room. Bathrooms were amazing. Only thing that they would need is an exit plan for the pool no stairs or ladder to assist in getting out of the pool. And the air vents in the middle of floor could cause a injury to your feet when you can’t wear shoes inside

PROs:- Clean property.- Location was very convenient to multiple freeways and mall, restaurants, etc.- Pool was a good combo of partial shade and sun.- Good pool deck with room for the 5 of us.- Nice TV and couches in living room.- Good host communication.CONs:- Pool was not tiled (as it appeared to be in the pictures) but was an imprinted design on a drop-in plastic tub.- The pool area was overrun with ants that managed to crawl onto our pool floats.- While the pool was generally clean, it did not have a vacuum to crawl the bottom and collected leaves and other detritus at the deep end that I couldn't get out with the long-handled net.- The home looked great in the pictures, but it was not a quality renovation.

Soccer camp at Silverbacks

Have a great time with grandchildren that could relax at the pool after soccer camp. Location has easy access to grocery stores and restaurants.

This is a great place to stay in North Atlanta. I would highly recommend it. It is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The host was very responsive to questions we had and was helpful. It is extremely close to Northside Hospital if this place is a consideration for someone needed to be near the hospital. We would definitely consider this place again if we needed to be in the area.

Great home

House was great! Located close to great restaurants and shopping. Came in for a baseball tournament and it was close to most all fields, East Cobb tournament. Will definitely book for next trip!! Pool was well deserved after hot ball games. Host was super responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely house in a charming quiet neighborhood! It had everything we needed, super clean and comfortable. We were here for a baseball tournament that was all over Atlanta and this place was so centrally located for all the games. Thanks to the owner for the wonderful accommodations.

When looking for a home to stay at for our Atlanta vacation, we wanted a home with a pool that was within an easy drive to Atlanta. This home did not disappoint. The pool was the absolute best part of the home. The pool was clean, private and quiet. We were all surprised at how large it was. The landscaping leading up to the pool was beautiful. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. The bathrooms were amazing. Loved that each of the 3 bedrooms had their own full bathroom, all with rain and handheld shower heads. All the bedrooms and the living room had large smart TVs. The living room had 4 recliners which made it comfortable for the 4 of us. As, we always eat in for breakfast and at least one dinner while on vacation. I was disappointed that the kitchen was not well equipped with good pots and pans and utensils. Loved the house and had an excellent vacation in Atlanta.

Accurate listing and good for families

Everything we experienced was exactly the expectations that were set. Property management communicated through VRBO app very well and quickly. Wide floor plan makes meals and family time work out great. Pretty decent location for a big town. Kids loved the pool and ability to grill burgers on the charcoal. Property management did a good job of providing the normal items needed to run a house. Would absolutely stay again.

Perfect for our trip

We were a group of 3 families (5 adults and 2 children under the age of 2), and this was perfect for our group. The rooms in the property were spacious which was great for setting up travel cribs. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Property manager was prompt about responding to texts.

Great location, nice neighborhood. One plumbing issue rectified within hours of notifying the property manager. No stairs made it safe for toddlers.

Pool area and steps leading to it need attention. Railroad tie steps are rotted and screws exposed. Pool deck is painted black and extremely hot to the feet. No pool skim pole, I had to buy my own. Initially no ladder or steps into the pool. Owner did come over several days later and found some plastic steps he temporarily installed with sandbags on the bottom. The pool skimmer is recessed below the pool deck with no cover level with pool deck..my grandkids stepped into this 6 inch opening and fell on the deck with hurt knees and bleeding. I put a deck chair over the opening for safety

Great pool

Very clean, nicely decorated home. Pool was perfect for our three kids but no pool/beach towels FYI. Nice quiet, suburban neighborhood. Communication regarding checkin and checkout was not as proactive as I would have liked but we would definitely stay here again.

Clean and open

This house was clean and exactly what we needed for our weekend. The common area is large and spread out. The beds were comfortable. Only things that would've been nice to know were the layout of the kitchen and the four single beds were trundle beds. Otherwise, we are pleased with our experience.

Great location in a safe neighborhood

Great property with a pool. I would not recommend this property for senior aged people. Very steep driveway and steep walk to the swimming pool. Great clean home with close distance to anything that you need. Great communication from the owner. Well equipped kitchen and clean bathrooms were a plus! Comfortable pillows(gel) and beds. A treat! Thanks for being a great host.

Very happy to find this house so close to Northside Hospital, since our family was gathering while a family member had surgery. On a quiet side street but less than 10 minutes from several malls, many restaurants, etc. Did not use the pool, since it was too early in the season. The living room is very comfortable with couches that turn into easy chairs. The kitchen is large and well equipped. Two primary ensuites and a large third bedroom. The house is all on one level, which was important to us. The bedside lights in one of the bedrooms did not work and the very responsive landlord was there in 30 minutes to fix them. Overall, a great find. Two minuses: the two master suites do not have doors to the bathrooms, they are out in the open to the bedroom. No privacy. What were they thinking?? The house is on a very steep lot, with a very steep driveway. The cement work is in poor shape with opportunities to stumble, especially if you are a senior. Our kids didn't care. Overall, the pluses outweighed the minuses.
