MAIN LEVEL/1ST FLOOR
The first floor includes an inviting open concept connecting the kitchen, dining, and living rooms. The dining table accommodates 8 people with an additional two seats at the peninsula island.

LOWER LEVEL
The lower-level family room offers ample space for movie nights, board games, and arcade games. This lower level is accessible to the hot tub.

UPPER LEVEL/2nd FLOOR
The second floor boasts a large Master suite with extraordinary mountain views and an en suite bathroom.

NEIGHBORHOOD
Nestled on a private road that leads to the White Mountain National Forest. The house includes direct access to walking and snowmobile trails. The road also leads to the East Branch of the Saco River where you can park and access the river for swimming.

Parking for at least 5 cars. 4x4 recommended for winter months. Guests will receive a door code for convenient self-check in

-No smoking or vaping inside the home
-No parties allowed.
-25 and over to book

A fire pit is available, but you must provide your own firewood. There are stores and stands in town with firewood available for purchase.

-3 Night minimum on holiday weekends
-Check in is 4PM and check out is 10AM (Summer) 11AM (all other seasons)
