Situated on the ground floor in a secure residential complex with an indoor swimming pool, the studio can accommodate up to 2 guests. Ideal for a romantic break or a holiday with friends, it offers all the comforts you need for a getaway on the Mediterranean coast: a living area with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a shower room and a small outdoor area where you can enjoy breakfast in the fresh air! The beach is right on your doorstep, accessible from the entrance via a small private path.

The accommodation:
This ground-floor studio, with a floor area of 30m², can accommodate up to two people.
You’ll have at your disposal:
- A main room featuring a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV and air conditioning.
- A functional kitchenette equipped with a microwave, Senseo coffee machine, fridge, electric hobs, crockery, etc.
- A bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet.
For babies: A high chair and travel cot are available on request.
Facilities: Iron and ironing board (on request).

Outdoors:
- A small table for enjoying coffee al fresco on a lovely wooden terrace (shared outdoor area)

In the residence:
- Access to the communal indoor swimming pool, heated all year round, and its terrace with sea views.
- Access to the beach via a small private path equipped with an outdoor shower.
- A parking space is available, complete with an electric vehicle charging point.

Neighbourhood:
Boasting an exceptional location, this flat is situated in Le Grau d’Agde within a private residential complex with direct access to the beach.
A 5–10-minute drive from the port of Cap d’Agde with its restaurants, bars, ice cream parlours, shops and the Ferris wheel… as well as the Île des Loisirs, Luna Park and its nightclubs.
This location is ideal for a wonderful holiday.

Private parking space in the residential complex with an automatic gate and free public parking nearby.
Public transport nearby: bus stop just a few metres away

We have additional properties available in this complex if you need to accommodate several families or groups of friends in the same place. We offer the following properties: Ares, Dionysos, Zéphyr, Artémis and Villa Hestia. Each property can be booked separately.

- Bed linen, towels and beach towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (bookable and payable directly to our on-site partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner.
- Non-smoking accommodation.
- Pets are not permitted.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming. The swimming pool’s opening dates are not binding.
