LARGE desk area with surge protection and high speed internet. 55" big screen TV with mega cable and Firestick. Separate office room has small desk and single bed with comfortable chair. Guest may use grill and 'apt' deck. Kitchenette has sink, micro, refrigerator, toaster.

Beautifully furnished own space. Room to relax, work, sleep. Neighborhood is quiet and safe.
Guest access
There is space in driveway for 2 guest vehicles. NO on street parking , no more than 2 cars.
Other things to note
Space is set up for easy living - as Superhost, I try to have my guests enjoy themselves without intruding. Washer dryer in the apartment !
