This house has lovely views of the bay from many rooms. Perfect for a quiet getaway or turn your getaway into get-togethers and entertain your family and friends in the spacious open floor plan!

This newly renovated home has it all, including; 2 king, 2 queen size beds; two master suites, with full bath just outside the 3rd bedroom door; top of the line kitchen; dining for 12 at the main table plus 5 bar stools; two floor to ceiling stone fireplaces; private decks off two of the bedrooms; a wrap around deck off the main living area, complete with large retractable awning, grill and outdoor dining; outside shower; double + lot w/yard to play; 2 car garage, circular driveway, front loading washer/dryer.

Something for everyone! Close to everything Rehoboth has to offer. This private oasis is just a mile from The Big Fish Restaurant (Rehoboth's most popular restaurant,) Juggle Jim’s Water Park (Delaware's largest water park) and Rehoboth Prime Outlets. Just 2 miles away you'll find the beach and boardwalk, Funland, and the many restaurants and shops that Rehoboth is known for. Ride bikes to the beach or use the parking pass included in the rental.

Beautiful house in beautiful quiet area, house is spacious and comfortable and the most stocked with necessities of any house I ever rented !Great communication with host !Patio needed a good cleaning and was a bit worn , we stayed the first week in July and perhaps the patio had not been used in a while. but although we sat out there with drinks, we mostly dined out . All in all , it was great !

Wonderful, spacious, sparkly clean, easy check-in,..Nine of us and room for all. Magnificent family/kitchen area . Decks everywhere! Basketball was the icing for grandkids!.. Beds were ALL comfy like new! Area was close to everything. Lovely house for a relaxing weekend to celebrate our daughter’s birthday! Lots of space to spread out! Neighborhood was quiet, nice views of the marshes and water. Beautiful sunsets/sunrises. Communication with the property owner was expeditious and thorough!

Family Vacation

The house was very spacious for our group of 6 adults, 1 toddler and 2 dogs. Lots of room to have your own space as well as to be together. We enjoyed biking around the neighborhood and it was a short drive to the beach. And, we appreciated being able to bring our dogs. Robyn responded to all of my questions quickly and was a great host.

Relaxing Stay

We had 9 peoplevin our group. There was ample sleepi g arrangements for all. The house is very spacious. Everyone was able to find privacy when wanted. Lots of bach supplies, bikes, sand toys, etc. Wouls highly recommend. The sponsor respnds quickly to any uestions.

Nice stay in a quiet neighborhood

The house was great for our family. It has a nice kitchen and dining room, as well as a very comfortable living room and bedrooms. We had to wash and dry the towels we used before departing, but we had a late checkout so it wasn't a problem. We brought our own sheets to use. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice for running or walking. It can be buggy, though, so be prepared!

Nice Stay

Nice area, home is nice. Needs some tlc from owners. Not much but does need some care. Basics but necessary. Home is very spacious and is away from the craziness of Route 1 but close enough to get to anything you need. I would recommend folks to stay at this home.

Family Vacation

Plenty of room for 3 couples and two dogs. Large kitchen fully stocked. Great deck for relaxing and grilling dinners. Was pleased to find a gate on the upper deck to steps so we could let our pups stay without a leash! Quiet neighborhood, no traffic but minutes away from downtown Rehoboth and beaches. I had a general question for Robyn and she responded quickly. Great stay!

Labor Day Vacation

This house was certainly large enough for our family and Lab. The view to Rehoboth Bay was lovely. On what was an extremely hot week the air conditioning throughout the house worked very well and every one slept well. Daily walks in the neighborhood were very dog friendly. On the few nights where we ate in, the well equipped kitchen had everything you could need. We had a very nice vacation!

Spacious, newly renovated house. Well decorated and well supplied. Beware it is nor overlooking the water, but does have a bit of a water view from some areas of the deck. Note you will have to wash, dry, and put away all towels and bed linens before departure.

We strongly recommend our guests bring their own linens. There are also several linen rentals in the area. There are house linens and towels at the house for guests use; however, we do not provide laundry service. Those who opt to use the house linens/towels are required to wash, dry, fold and put away any used.

Great spring break getaway

This house was perfect for our family of 7. Very conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood where we enjoyed several beautiful walks. Only 5 minute drive to the beach and downtown Rehoboth shops in one direction and outlets and movie theater in another. Robyn was an amazing host. The house had everything we needed and more. From cold lemonade in the refrigerator to all the condiments, coffee, and even our favorite teas. Robyn was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating to our needs. The living room was very cozy and conducive to spending time as a family. Great stay.

Perfect family vacation

Couldn’t have been happier with our stay. We had a group of 9-10 and were all comfortable. The house is about a 7-10 minute drive to the beach and we were able to shuttle the group back and forth and use the parking permit provided. The house is in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood and there were always tons of people out walking their dogs and riding bikes. The kitchen was very large with an amazing oven/fridge with plenty of space in the pantry. The table seated 10 comfortably and it was nice to sit together to eat. There are plenty of grocery stores nearby. Communication with Robyn was great and she was always very responsive. We were extremely happy with our stay.

Excellent Time!

This property was perfect for someone with pets not looking to be too close to downtown. The neighborhood is very walk-able and Rehoboth and Dewey are a very short drive away. The parking pass that is included makes a day trip to the beach easy. We also really appreciated the crib and high chair that were already present at the property. The kitchen is the highlight of the home, though the expansive deck areas were also nice. Only critique is that the beds are showing their years. The owner was very accommodating and available throughout the entire process.

Beautiful views and nature walks

The house was spacious and located in a very pretty, wooded setting with a lot of trees and water views. Awesome nature walks! The owner was responsive and accommodating. While the house is very nice it needs updating. The 1st floor bedroom is dark and smells very musty. A large dehumidifier would help. Need to get a handyman in there to fix door to garage and make sure everything is working properly. Had some issues with the hammock and fireplace.

Thank you very much for your review. Our cleaning crew discovered a (once) wet towel behind the washer, and believe that was the reason for the musty smell. We added a floor lamp in that room with 3 way brightness to satisfy all guests’ light preferences. We were unaware that the floor lamp once there had broken during the busy season. We have our handyman check out the house in between stays and are very thankful for feedback from our guests. He noticed the garage door knob occasionally stuck and replaced the door knob immediately after your stay. He also reassembled the hammock and I’m happy to report that there was not a missing part as you suspected. The hammock does twist in the wind when not occupied, so it’s important to make sure it is not twisted before getting in the hammock. It is unexpected that guests staying in August use the fireplace. We usually have the fireplace serviced in September after the busy summer season. After your stay, our chimney contractor serviced the chimney from the outside and reported that nothing was wrong (perhaps it was stuck with the salt air and humidity of the summer?) He did lubricate the flu and the fireplace is fully functional. Thankfully there are 2 fireplaces at the house for our guests to enjoy. It is our expectation that all of our guests have a five star experience and appreciate feedback to ensure the best possible vacation for all of our guests.
