Beach Breeze! Amazing Family Friendly Beach House! Pet Friendly too!

Our beach house allows you to have all the amenities of a home at the beach! With 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a outdoor shower, screened in front porch and back yard that allows access to Silver Lake, it’s a great location for fun and relaxation. Located 3 blocks from the beach and boardwalk (about 10 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride). Enjoy everything Rehoboth Beach has to offer within walking distance to Rehoboth Avenue which offers lots of shopping and amazing food options. Or with a short drive you can enjoy the tax-free outlets, golf, mini-golf and the famous Jungle Jim’s Waterpark!

The Space

Relax in our open concept family room with cable TV/smart TV and wireless internet. Glass patio doors lead to our huge screened in porch, where you can sit back and relax or enjoy a nice family meal. Our eat in kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, coffee maker, coffee mugs, pots, pans. There are 3 large bedrooms with comfortable beds (a king in master bedroom #1, a king in bedroom #2, and 3 doubles in bedroom #3). There are 2 full bathrooms.

Our home has a rear deck leading to park property and Silver Lake, and to an unfinished basement with a washer & dryer and a large outdoor shower. The basement also stores plenty of beach chairs/toys/umbrella for your use. And for those who enjoy an outdoor adventure, our home also offers 2 kayaks & life jackets for use in Silver Lake.

We have everything you need for a great beach vacation!!!

New for 2025!! Linens and towels are provided.

We also provide 2 parking passes for non-metered parking. All spaces in our block are non-metered.

The minimum age to rent this property is 25.

This property by Silver Lake in Rehoboth Beach is spacious and well laid out. The owner has a full array of amenities available, bikes, kayaks, beach equipment. There is a deck off of a rear bedroom that faces the lake, and was a perfect knitting and coffee location. We easily walked to both the beach and boardwalk, and the center of town. While our pup did not join us, he would have loved the screened in porch. A wonderful experience for our family.

We loved the location of this house and it was very well equipped from kitchen supplies to bikes and beach chairs. We have rented within a block of the beach in the past and my only concern was that this was a little further from the beach than we were used to...but the bikes and close proximity to town more than made up for that. Would definitely return! Also loved the spacious front porch.

Great house and perfect location!

Rehoboth in the offseason is great and so is this house. It's an easy walk downtown for dinner and an even shorter walk to our favorite section of beach. House has plenty of room and everything to make you feel at home. Our pup enjoyed her 4th Rehoboth trip and the great oorch was her favorite spot, and ours. Cant wait to return.

Rehoboth Getaway

This VRBO is the perfect getaway from busy DC and NVa. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood on Silver Lake and a short distance to downtown Rehoboth and the beach. It is also pet friendly and my dog and I enjoyed nice walks in the nearby park. We plan to return again next year!

Beach Breeze

We stayed at Beach Breeze with our two dogs and it was a wonderful experience! The cottage is fabulous and would comfortably house two small families! It was perfect for our trip. The beach is an easy walk - far enough to tire out the pups but not too far to make the trip twice a day. Very well appointed, a quiet neighborhood and just cozy. We may have to make this an annual destination!

Wonderful Stay!

We have stayed at Whitney's property several times now, and I just love the house. The front porch is a highlight. It is a great place to sit and read or play board games, and you can see down to the ocean even though it is a few blocks down the road. The furniture is all very nice and comfortable. The kitchen has all necessary amenities, and it is within walking distance to everything.

Amazing Beach Home

This is a great home - fully capable kitchen, comfy beds, and a lovely screened in porch. We spent hours relaxing on the porch drinking coffee with a peaceful breeze. We managed to pick a weekend where there was a tropical storm, and we still enjoyed the trip in part because of the pleasant home owners and house. We would definitely stay here again. Awesome neighborhood.
