Impeccable Waterfront Home in Key Largo on the bayside. This beautiful stilted home is new construction, customized with impact windows and doors, new central AC, washer and dryer on main living floor, wood grain porcelain tile, granite counters throughout, stainless steel appliances including wine fridge and dishwasher. Enjoy a modern ensuite Master Bath with Double Vanities and beautiful decor. Finish your day with a cold drink on your spacious balcony with unrivaled sunset views of the bays. The bay breeze on the balcony is so refreshing. We love to watch the sunset from here!
The three bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The master bedroom has a plush king size bed and en-suite bathroom with double vanities. One guest bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top, full on bottom and another twin trundle bed. The other guest bedroom has a full bed with a twin trundle as well.
The patio is built for entertaining! Pull your car up to the carport and walk through the seashell pavers to the open backyard. The yard is fully fenced for privacy, designed with artifical turf and an Azek deck. There is a large sectional facing 40 foot dock. Many of our guests even enjoy bathing in the warm waters of the canal.
The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. It’s located just a mile from John Pennekamp state park, where you can enjoy the beaches and some amazing water sports like kayaking, paddleboarding and guided tours.
Enjoy sun-filled days by the water with your friends and family. A few items to note: we LOVE kids, but if you have small children, this house may not be kid-friendly with the open water accessibility. Also, while there is a boat dock, the use of the dock will incur an extra charge. There is a 28 day minimum per county laws. There are exterior cameras that protect the property while you are there!

We’re a young-ish couple with two small children. We enjoy getting away from the hustle and bustle of the big city and hiding out in our lovely keys home on the weekends. We love to share our home with family and friends and create great memories of our times here.
Why they chose this property
We bought this property so our children could grow up with that small-town feel, in a community where everyone says hello in the mornings, where you could ride your bike freely without concern and where neighbors lend a helping hand. We love that the house is on the water, just a short boat ride away from the ocean side or right on the bay. The sunsets are our favorite thing about this house, second only to the manatees we see swimming in the canal. This is our home away from home and we are happy to share it with you!
