Our architect-designed villa, located in Équemauville (4 km from Honfleur), could be exactly what you need!
With an area of approximately 230 m², it can accommodate up to 14 people (12 adults maximum), making it ideal for family or friends reunions.
The Villa consists of the following rooms:

Living room/Dining room:
The living space measures approximately 65 m² and features a large corner sofa, a large dining table that can accommodate 10 to 12 people, a office area, and a flat-screen TV with access to Canal+, Netflix, Disney+, and Prime Video.
Kitchen :
Composed of high-end furniture, it is fully equipped (double refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooktops, hood, storage) with a dining area (4 seats).


Bedrooms :
- 1 master bedroom of 22 m² on the ground floor with a king-size bed (180 cm, 25 cm mattress), TV, and a shower room.
- 1 master bedroom of 27 m² upstairs with a queen-size bed (160 cm, 25 cm mattress), a single bed (90 cm), and a shower room.
- 1 bedroom of 16 m² upstairs with a queen-size bed (160 cm, 25 cm mattress), TV, and a baby bed.
- 1 bedroom of 14 m² upstairs with a double bed (140 cm, 25 cm mattress).
- 1 master bedroom of 16 m² upstairs with a queen-size bed (160 cm, 25 cm mattress), TV, and a shower room.
- 1 studio of 21 m² upstairs with a private entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, and a very comfortable sofa bed (160 cm).
Showers/Bathroom :
- 3 shower rooms are available in the 3 master bedrooms.
- 1 large shared bathroom (shower + whirlpool bathtub) is also available.
Mezzanine :
On the upper floor, you can enjoy this space of nearly 30 m² to play billiards, do some sports (elliptical bike), or play board games (some games available).

You will also be able to enjoy several outdoor spaces:

Terrace :
Approximately 80 m² and facing south, our terrace is ideal for having a drink or your meals outdoors.
Landscaped garden :
About 2000 m², the landscaped garden is very pleasant for enjoying sunny days and playing with friends or children at badminton, football, molky, Breton shuffleboard, etc. (equipment available).


Petanque court :
A court for playing petanque or Breton boules (equipment available) is also present for friendly moments.
SPA :
The SPA is open from May to September for unforgettable moments of relaxation.

Quality bed linen and bath towels are provided for all travelers, ensuring a clean and comfortable stay.

Free parking is also available (5 spaces available).
Unfortunately, our animal friends are not accepted in our home.

Please note that as this is our main house located in a very quiet neighborhood, parties are strictly prohibited (no bachelor or bachelorette parties, etc.).


The indicated rates concern the villa in its entirety, accommodating up to 14 people (maximum 12 adults).
If you are fewer in number, other options are available to you:

For 10 people (maximum 8 adults): 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and around 190m² at your disposal, with a 20% discount.
For 8 people (maximum 6 adults): 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and around 175m² at your disposal, with a 30% discount.
