Welcome to Villa Palmera – your dream holiday on Mallorca
Enjoy comfort, privacy and nature in our villa: a private oasis of calm with excellent access to all of Mallorca's highlights. You have the whole house to yourself.

Living area: spacious, bright living room with satellite TV, streaming and a comfortable seating area; large dining area.
Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, toaster and complete crockery.
Bedrooms: 4 spacious double bedrooms, all with air conditioning and fan. Three bedrooms on the upper floor have access to balconies or a terrace with views of the Tramuntana mountains.
Bathrooms: 3 modern bathrooms with daylight (one en-suite) with shower, bathtub and WC.
Utility room with washing machine, dryer and central heating.
WiFi: free, fast internet (100 Mbit) throughout the villa and garden.

Outside
Private pool (8 x 4 m) with sun loungers and parasols, set in a Mediterranean garden with an old olive tree, palm tree and bougainvillea.

Lovely spacious property in a brilliant location

Brilliant stay for a girls holiday. Spacious and close to Palma city centre. All amenities you could need are here with local shops nearby.

Great villa for a group

We stayed in the villa as a group of 8 friends and it was great for what we needed. We had hired a car so were able to get into Palma easily from the villa. The pool is fantastic

Stylish, clean and roomy

The house was very clean, nicely decorated with plenty of room. You definitely need a car for this location although there are a few small restaurants and a bakery within walking distance. Unfortunately there is on-going construction accross the street which impacts the enjoyment of the backyard and pool area on working days.

Pfingsten 2023

Wir, sieben Erwachsene, haben unsere Zeit in der Finca genossen. Es war alles wie im Inserat und Fotos beschrieben z.B. Einrichtung der Finca, Entfernung zur Haltestelle, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.. Vor Antritt der Reise haben uns sowohl die Besitzer als auch die super nette " Hausdame "Nathalie kontaktiert, so das es keine Probleme bei der Anreise gab. Bei passender Gelegenheit kommen wir gerne auf das Objekt zurück.

Tolle Finca, toller Pool, toller Urlaub

Wir 7 Mädels hatten tolle 5 Tage in der Finca und haben uns Pudelwohl gefühlt. Wir sind von Natalie sehr herzlich empfangen worden und möchten nochmal ganz lieb danke sagen, was sie für uns möglich gemacht hat. Es war alles sehr sauber und alles da was man brauchte. Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Strandtücher. Küche war ebenfalls gut ausgestattet und die Finca sehr liebevoll eingerichtet Ein kleiner Supermarkt, Bäckerei und kleine lokale waren fußläufig in 2 min zu erreichen, Lidl mit dem Rad in 10 min. Mit dem Rad ca. 30 min nach Palma und zur Playa ca. 50min.( Großraum Taxi 50€) Alles in allem war alles Top und wir können die Finca einfach nur weiterempfehlen. Lg von den Stammtisch Mädels ' Nützt ja nix'

Familie und Freunde Finca

Sehr schöne Finca... es war alles da was man brauchte. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei. Fragen wurden sofort immer beantwortet. Die Vermieter sind sehr lieb und haben alles möglich gemacht, was sie tun konnten. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir hatten tolle Tage in der wunderschönen Finca. Der Pool lädt zum Baden ein und die große Terrasse unten und oben zum Sonnen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief einwandfrei, schnell und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder, es war schön. Vielen Dank!

Nach 5 Tagen wieder ausgezogen weil nach mehrmaliger Anfrage nicht nachgereinigt wurde. Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Man hatte das Gefühl gebucht/bezahlt alles weitere interessiert nicht mehr. Leider kann ich dieses Objekt nicht weiterempfehlen

Sehr geehrter Herr Möller. Laut unserem House-Keeping waren fünf Versuche mit Ihnen einen Termin zur Reinigung des Außenbereiches zu vereinbaren erfolglos da keiner der angebotenen Termine Ihnen genehm war. Ein Sturm am Tag vor ihrer Anreise hatte viel Saharastaub hinterlassen. Eine so kurzfristige Nachreinigung war nicht möglich. Wundern dauert auch bei uns etwas länger. Bewertungen sollten immer fair sein. Am Telefon hatten Sie noch vom Haus geschwärmt als wir über das Reinigungsproblem gesprochen haben. Im übrigen legen wir extrem viel Wert auf eine sehr gute Gäste Betreuung. Dies spiegelt sich auch in unseren ansonsten sehr guten Bewertungen wieder. Viele Grüße

Villa in Marratxi

If you're considering this villa then what you see is what you get at a fantastic price. The villa is at a corner where there is a breeze to keep you cool in the garden. Clean swimming pool but a little deep at the far end as I'm only 5' 6". The kitchen and lounge is well laid out. And 4 air conditioned bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and 1 en suite was a plus for 4 females. The local shop holds all of the essentials, the patisserie has amazing cakes and freshly cooked bread and the restaurant was excellent value and quality. The location of the villa requires a car or you need to travel to Palma via taxi. Around €17. Plus great support from Natalie who organised us our first taxi. Loved the villa, location, the cleanliness of the pool, layout and quietness being in a residential area.

Estupenda casa cerca de Palma

Estuvimos seis amigos de fin de semana y cumplió con nuestras expectativas. Hostelería y supermercado cerca, piscina y barbacoa, habitaciones y baños perfectamente acondicionados y cerca de Palma, a 14€ en taxi o, andando un poco, con tren. El check in fue sencillo, y Natalie fue muy amable. Comimos de maravilla en el restaurante los mellizos, a menos de 5’ andando desde casa y al lado del supermercado/ carnicería.
